Yes, it is, however, sometimes government help is needed, like when a hurricane strikes, flooding, etc., and if banks and big corporations can get government help, than so can individuals who need it. I certainly hope that nothing ever happens to you that you won't need the government's help, but, if it does, please don't go running to the government, because it would be beneath you.
