There is absolutely nothing wrong with the houses. Of the 91 houses, there are only 17 with minor problems in the "aleros" (outside ceilings) due to lack of maintenance from the owners. As I was told, the construction company warned the CNE ahead of time of the possibility of future condensation problems, but the CNE did nothing.
I guess now they feel guilty and are using public funds to solve the lack of maintenance by the owners as well as their error in not fixing it originally.
But trust me, the houses are FINE!
