Our founding fathers protected one, and only one profession, that of journalists. In the first amendment it states the importance of the freedom of the press. It is the job of investigative reporting to keep We the People informed. Assange is not a criminal, he is a hero. We need to demand the breakup of corporate ownership of our media. They promote their own interests such as the pharmaceuticals, Big Oil, or the MIC at the expense of reporting fully on news that impacts Americans. Truth tellers such as Julian Assange are international heroes. It is the Military Industrial Complex and all its modern guises such as "homeland INsecurity" who are the true terrorists. Speak up for the first amendment!
Be assured, I have no particular respect for Assange. But, I agree 100%.
If he's leaking secrets, from we're does e get them?

Assange may be right. Didn't Obama call the graves of our Libyan Anbassador and 3 staffers "bumps in the road?"
I ask you: where does this road lead if the murder of American statesmen are mere bumps?
A link to that quote would be nice.
Other wise, it's pure bull.

I think it is clear that Obama meant the process would have bumps in the road. There is so many people waiting to spin and spin the simplest things...

He underestimated the intensity of the under informed, and the under fed. The evidence is the Islamic Crescent.

But that is not what he said. you are being disengenuous in your mindless repeating of a misquote.(but being mindless, you don't realize how you are being used as a tool, do you?)

Bush–Hinckley family connectionHinckley's father was a financial supporter of George H.W. Bush's 1980 presidential primary campaign, where Bush was Reagan's closest rival for the Republican nomination prior to becoming his Vice President. Hinckley's older brother, Scott, had a dinner date scheduled at the home of Neil Bush the day after the Reagan assassination attempt.[21][22] Neil's wife Sharon indicated in a newspaper interview the day after the shooting that Scott was coming to their house as a date of a girlfriend of hers, and that she didn't "know the brother [John]" but understood "that he was the renegade brother in the family." Sharon described the Hinckleys as "a very nice family" and that they had "given a lot of money to the Bush campaign."[23] This also led to various conspiracy theorists speculating that the Bush family had something to do with the assassination attempt.[24]

among the 47% are the elderly who have paid taxes all their lives. The military who offer their lives so people can become armchair critics like you....The military families all serve time for this country, including those children who are without parents during the time of war....among the 47% are those who are injured in foreign wars, that Bush started...young people without limbs who have no option. You must be a republican to have views like that...or maybe a straight out idiot who believes whats on the tv rather than do the math your self.....When the truth comes out about the silence about Libya fools like you will have to apologise and admire the strategy....Dont call the 47% free loaders Romney will drop everyone who is not super rich...which is not you right!!!!
