Julian "The Rapist" Assange is a fugitive from justice. He is wanted for sexual assault. He will also ultimately have to answer for his treasonous violations of the security of the Western Allies. His amoral self-aggrandizement has placed lies at risk. He will face American justice...whether it be sharing a cell with his butt buddy, Bradley Manning or at the receiving end of a US drone.
This US and other governments brought this upon themselves by their very actions that you speak of like the US dronning innocent people to death.
That's why they are pissed off Faith !

No, our enemies have brought this upon themselves by flying plane loads of innocent people into buildings full of innocent people...and blowing up trains in London and Madrid...and massacring schoolchildren in Russia...and shooting up hotels in Mumbai.
As far as Mr. Assange is concerned, your simpering accolade for his treason does not alter the fact that he sexually assaulted women. He is a criminal deviant and eventually he will be brought to task for his crimes.

Those fabricated sexual crimes you speak of are nothing in comparison to the actions that caused those revenge bombings like the annihilation of Chechnya by Russia just because they wanted independence.
Mumbai was something different .
Afghanistan was deemed to be revenge for 9/11 wasn't it ?

So for revenge you get all your people killed there in Afghanistan just to say that you are standing on the Ahganis toes in revenge for what did Afghanistan do wrong, they are but a pawn in the International Mercantile sceme of things.

For any with a very simplistic view of world politics, yes it was. In reality it was so much more. it was the taming of lawless regions on our planet that are known to spawn terrorism and problems for everyone on the planet.

Look to Somalia, a land with no gov't for how many years? how much have we, and the rest of the world spent to keep the seas off the Somali coast safe from pirates because of that?

Put it all down to religion within one religion that doesn't like the other.

Well, i would agree that religion causes more strife in this world than most other things, but this was not just due to religion. it was due to the very facts that i clearly laid out. did you not read, or not comprehend, my post?

This mob we hear about in the top end of Africa in places like Somalia are practising their religous cleansing over all others in the name of Islam.
