Do I hear correctly, BH? You intend to keep posting even if you are banned? Wouldn't that be against the rules?

Let me take a guess Bavarian Hillbilly, you just happen to work at a job that allows you to play on a computer instead of work, right? Making long winded posting all night long instead of doing the job you are paid to do? This job just happens to be a night job in Berlin so you can be pecking away during the same time people here will be online, how cool!

Then again maybe you are a robot (or we are all idiots) who needs no sleep and you work all day and stay awake all night to argue with people. Yeah that's it. There is no way you are in Berlin, you are such a fake and a really bad one at that too.

Wrong QUEEN OF FOO - you should read what has been written - Mr. Racine considers banning me but I didn't do anything wrong other than I - in his opinion - "pulled the threads into absurd shape". I am a registered member of Topix and didn't violate the rules of Topix. If they ban BH they will have to ban all the other posters on the threads where BH posts or they will have to explain why Topix acts against their own rules. They didn't even delete the DEE DEE posts and they sure aren't according to the Terms of Service.

Indeed I even have two computers on my desk at work but I do not and am not allowed to use them on private purpose. In fact it would be pretty stupid to do so because these computers are monitored. You shouldn't use your standards on me - how often do you want me to tell you this.

I do work long hours but not at nights. And why would I use the pc on the job when I have one at home where I can sit comfortably, talk on the phone, watch TV, sit with friends, have a nice cup of tea and post if I want to?

Some people sleep 10 hours a night and some are content with four. Some people don't work on weekends and some people sometimes have a day off so they can sleep in... hundreds of possibilities other than your imaginations.

Too funny how much time you waste for your twisted imaginations about who I am, where and how I live and why I am here. You could just read what I post and you would know it all first hand.

This is an outrage! How dare you claim the name of a fine, deceased man? You, little baker of breads, are NO Gaston Lenotre! Gaston was without peer. His culinary prowess is something only a little wretch like you can dream of. I will defend him to my own death. The Lenotre Culinary Institute in Houston, where you came from, will not stand for this! How many other identities have you stolen? How many other people do you claim to be?

I think the RN should hire this woman, she takes better pictures and writes much better than J. Carter. Send the old cowgirl out to pasture.

Just a reminder why Shylock was banned:

(This post from the "Shed a tear Diane letter written by Glynis Racine; post #3 [deleted], October 9, 2009, but saved from Marty's Rabbit Hole)

Shylock wrote:
Here you go. The Editor's wife, in a clear conflict of interest once again, as she certainly taints her husband and his ideology, is fomenting political anger against a political candidate that is not a Republican. This letter smacks of much more than a mere hint of impropriety; it exposes the political agenda of the Ruidoso News. Not only does she smear a noble woman running for public office, she manages to smear a sitting elected official as well, i.e. our governor. She alludes to arrogant government officials who were, to refresh her memory, voted into office by a majority of voters.(Oh, right, she alleges vote tampering after SHE didn't get elected.) Yep, she's a card-carrying member of the local chapter of the "everybody in power is a crook" crowd AND she claims her favorite place is a saloon in White Oaks, along with her fellow "everybody in power is a crook" crowd members. Her message: all the Republicans are clean; all the Democrats are dirty. Somewhere in the distance I hear Steve Martin saying, "Let's get small!"

The truth of the matter is that the only reason any of this is in play is the overt political agenda of the RN that seems unconcerned with an accurate portrayal relying instead on edorializing what are purported to be news stories. In fact it seems that the overriding policy has become looking for someone, anyone to say what promotes the agenda.

Marty will run several stories filled with baseless accusations yet stay silent when they turn out to be false. That entirely discredits the "news" organization since it avoids the news in favor of rumor. When Adam Rafkin made accusations of sexual assault against a young man a few years ago Racine pounced on it defaming the young man with the words of a lawyer renowned for his idiotic accusations. When Marty became aware that a court hearing had determined that the accuser had lied he had no time for that.

There was a time when I was a little proud that the RN had requested reprint rights on 3 of my stories. Today I would rather be associated with the proprietor of a crack house.

Family crest http://www.topix.com/member/profile/bavarianh... or stolen picture with a little photoshop play on the background http://tinyurl.com/y9gon8r

Why the lie? Oh wait let me guess this company stole your family crest and used it on their site. Dang you all make it so easy to catch you in your lies.

Why not come clean and say who you really are then we can put all this silliness behind us. Why on earth is that so hard? Come on this game is getting a little old, grow some stones.

Yeah that would be nice. However, hey chose two or three posters, all proponents of law and order, to blackball, while the German interloper was given free rein to spiel her anti-American opinions.

You didn't read the article, Pinky. The two or three posters were one and the same. One person, three identities. I'm sure that's pretty common.

You gave one example but I don't recall that story. Could you elaborate? Also, you say Marty runs several stories filled with baseless accusations and then stays silent when they are proved false. Do you have examples of more than the one you mentioned?

Cindy Eggleston's foster child who was accused of fondling a 2nd grade girl. google it.

Of course there are other examples like one a month later when Ridiculous Rafkin accused a 5 year old of child abuse, but this is not the time or place to air that discussion. My example was included only to support my contention that Marty has acted to make the credibility of the RN such that antics like the ones the subject of this essay are not only predictable, but expected.

To live by the the rumor is to invite death by it as well.

All I can offer to this nonsense is that while I am related by blood to a poster by the name of Milkweed, I am not now, nore have I ever been in contact, cahoots or alliance with the poster known as Shylock. Racine is the editor of the paper, you would think he would base his decision on fact rather than the tireless ramblings of the sunny, not jfk, bavarian hillbilly personality
