If I am not mistaken, neither of these men built a case leading to the arrest / conviction of anyone in the last 15-16 years, is that how you see it too? Tunnel Vision works both directions Henri, as I am sure you can understand from your 30+ years of declaring MacDonalds innocence despite the evidence presented that convicted him all those years ago. Lou Smit was excellent at manufacturing so-called evidence and attempting to present it as factual which better describes tunnel vision than anything else in the Ramsey case.Kolar is just another stupid Boulder cop who is in the Fleet White camp. There comes a time in any investigation when people are proven not to have been at the scene of the crime, and are taken off the short list of suspects by the investigators. Only in your world can people be in two separate places at the same time complete with the means, motive and opportunity to commit the crime with no basis whatsoever other than you want them to be guilty.
Lou Smit and Detective Steve Ainsworth were experienced homicide detectives who knew how important it was not to disregard leads and suspects in these sort of cases, and not to have tunnel vision.
