Looks like some of the JB forums are up for sale,when did all that take place?

This is the best one. It's the most active.

Mine is not for sale.

While it is closed for posting, I maintain it so the documents and threads won't be lost. Some good discussions took place over the years and it is still used by students and journalists as well as a few investigators who still care.

Maybe in the dreams of some people, but I, for one, am glad that Jameson is keeping her forum open. I find it very helpful in searching for information that has been "lost" otherwise. In fact, I hope she will see fit to re-open her forum. I know a lot if not most posters here don't agree, but IMO, generally, Webbsleuths was a good place to post. At least posters didn't have to contend with the likes of some of the crazies who post their nonsense on this forum with no one around to show them the door.

We had some insightful debates on that forum over the years. There were moments, when you almost felt like we were getting real close, to a truth. These newer forums like Topix are like the wild wild west. No good, can come from that.

Then why do you post here? Frankly, I find forums like Jameson's where one side (IDI) is totally in control, a waste of time. Meaningful conversation can't take place and no progress can be made. To discover the truth, one has to keep an open mind. I'd be perfectly willing to consider an intruder if I ever see evidence of one, but there was no stun gun used on JB, no intruder came in through the basement window, no intruder gave JB pineapple. And she was never hung. My god. I was looking at photos of the wine cellar last night and there was NO PLACE to hang a hat, let alone a child in that room. In other parts of the basement, yes, but not in the wine cellar. Those things are just ridiculous. The IDI need to put forth a plausible theory based on evidence if they expect to be believed. In thirteen years they haven't been able to do that. Jameson is still spouting "stun gun" and "pineapple could have been eaten prior to going to the Whites'." Geez, she needs to catch up with the evidence.

We are also really close to the truth,we know the blow was caused by ONE of three people.We don't know WHO,Why or HOW and neither do you. I agree. I came here to learn by listening, and considering, different peoples theories. I have yet to hear an intruder theory that makes sense of the ransom note and the subsequent behvior of the Ramseys unless the intruder was a Ramsey acquaintance. If a Ramsey acquaintance was guilty, then, the Ramseys ought to have a great idea who done it and their subsequent behavior would be explained.

An intruder, stranger, simply does not come close to explaining the evidence and Ramsey behavior.

Of course. There are a few theories that I've heard that could certainly be the truth. Like everyone else, I think MY theory is the truth. But certainly, one of those presented over the years is likely the true one. The problem is: which one? NOBODY except for one of the Ramseys knows that for sure

Everybody thinks and believes that their own theory is the truth, or close to it

Anyone who thinks they have it all wrapped up nice and neat is fooling themselves. NOBODY has it ALL wrapped up
