It could have very well been someone who knew the family, knew that they had a lot of money and knew the layout of the house very well.

There was a party on the 23rd at the Rasey home. There were friends there... not sure it was a huge party though.

Coincidentely (or not) a 911 call was placed from the home and an officer showed up, but didn't go in the house.

True it had to be someone who knew the house well enough to get through it in the dark. Such as one of the workers that was working at the house at the time, such as the drywallers. I learned some stuff today about this and I never took an interest in this case becasue It happened when i was just 6 year old and I didnt know any better. But from some news that I heard today put me into a complete shock. Someone I know her husband was the drywaller in that Ramsey house when the murder occured. He also called my frind christams day and said point Blankly that he cannot make it to christmas dinner with her because he didnt feel good. So he stayed at a friends house from work who lived in berthoud. On christmas who wouldnt want to spend time with family especcially on christmas. My freind had stated that her ex sexually molested her 2 daughters(ages 9 and 6)close to the same age JonBenett was.
Also his mother worked at the bank that the Ramseys banked at so he and his mother both knew how much money it was that the Ramseys had extra that Christmas. So when he worte the ransom note he know what to put.
This to me sounded completely boguss in the beginning but now that i thought of it it matches up. I am only 17 years old finding this stuff out i truthfully in my heart beleive that I am right. I hope that someone who has power in this case reads this and contacts me.

I never took alot of interest in this case but, with it all over the news, I couldnt help myself but to see what was online about it!
I, as many others, believe it was someone who knew the home, and knew Jonbenet. I had read somewhere that there was a torn up letter found in her trash can in her room?? The more I look, the more questions I have. I also have contemplated perhaps someone at her fathers company, Access Grahics, was involved. Perhaps anger or jelousy. Perhaps that person would have known the home by having been there before, known of the bonus..... Was anyone at that company ever checked out??? Please fill me in...

Cammie, Cold cases need people like you to remember something, or hear something to break the case. Don't be afraid to share this news with those that can do something about it. It may be bogus...but I may not be and your saving innocence children from be a victim to something so horrible. I pray for your friend and her children.

Nope, everyone hasn't. The 18th Judicial District (Arapahoe County, Colorado) had a 190 page, 3 count, criminal indictment of child abuse against one of the executives at that party and let him go without prosecution.

Ooops, I left out some important information. When questioned by the Arapahoe County investigators about his Ramsey affiliation, he lied. If he was innocent, why would he lie?

Now he lives in the UK and has successfully avoided all prosecution while children are suffering.

I'm surprised with the amount of time that the murderer was in the house, and the fact he was working in the dark, of the complete lack of forensic evidence ! Then again forensics is about finding out what shouldn't be there, is it not ?

Wow. Is there documentation somewhere online I can read abut that?

No, you would have to go straight to the Arapahoe County Child Protection Unit. With all due respect to the lead investigator in the Arapahoe County case, local authorities in Colorado do not have the resources to protect children against "fat cats". It is an extremely distressful situation and the foot soldiers (honest investigators) and innocent victims are forced to live with it everyday. What the JBR story does, is highlight how negligent Colorado is in protecting all of its children. It's repugnant.
I'll give Ms. Lacy one point after reading the Tracey - JMK e-mail exchange docs; she does have a moral compass. Unfortunately, the DA in Colorado is an elected position and most will not prosecute cases with well heeled defendents because of fear of losing the criminal case and spoiling their track record for re-election. Out of state commentaries are accurate, we look like complete imbeciles.

The Killer(s) weren't working in the dark, the neighbor(s) said the lights were on all through the night. They also heard a child scream.

The Ramsey's slept through the whole dang thing. YUP, they sure did. Uh Huh.

The house was 7000+ square feet. They claim the scream came from the basement...they heard it though a vent...the neighbor walking their dog...
