Hi, Seuss: The procedure for LE is to prove a subject/suspect was NOT at the scene; they have never done that.
Have you?
I think the BPD and the evidence they have collected has done more to disprove the evidence of an intruder--JMK or any other phantom perp-- than ANYONE has to prove the existence of an intruder.:)

I know of no police department that does not want to catch their perpetrator. Why would the police deliberately turn a blind eye to evidence that would accomplish just that? I doubt that the members of the BPD who poured their lives and souls into investigating this case are any different. So, please, acknowledge that they do have good reason to suspect that Jonbenet was the victim of family abuse in one form or the other.

Now, to the shirt Jonbenet had worn that night. Would Kolar's explanation that the neckline of her shirt was twisted around her throat thus leaving the telltale marks on her throat be supported by the evidence of the stretched out shirt? Could she have been grabbed by the shirt, choked, and then thrown down by releasing the shirt and forcefully pushing her at the same time? I do not recall whether the skull injury would support that theory.

All they have to do is test the interior neck line of the turtleneck. There would have been a surplus of skin cells from jonbenet and Burke's skin cells amongst the shirt as well

I was thinking more along the lines of physical evidence. I've spoken via email with some of the investigators in this case. I don't care if you believe me or not but that is the absolute truth. Two times I was snubbed. Once when I asked if there was any undisclosed physical evidence, and a second time when I brought up the pic of the Barbie doll in the wine cellar. Every other inquiry was answered with detail and to my satisfaction. I really have no idea where you are going with your statements other than pointing out obvious generalizations. The ransom note has been analyzed by the best and their conclusions weren't as vague as yours.

<quoted text> You are absolutely correct Jimmy.
The undisclosed evidence you are looking for is transparent.
The word is (WITNESS)
Jim, did you know that in 1956 two million copies of documents were researched for the letter (P) before the July 4th kidnapper was caught within a few months?
How many months has JonBenet witness been missing?
James, if you had that same posse, how long would it take you to disclose the author of the ransom note?
So notes are adaptions of others.
There are a hell of a lot more down there.

I bet your right!
Evidence you have not seen.
1.) Bowl
(2. Spoon
3.)) Knife
*(4. Pad
(5.)Sharpie pen
6. Flashlight
7.) Barbie gown
(8. Blanket
9. JonBenets clothes
(10).Wednesday
101/2. Shoe print
11.Hair ties, things in police custody, etc., etc.
If you could get a sneak peak at this little list, could you solve this case with it?
Excuse my format on the left margin, but I thought you might like to see how ridiculous it looks.
I got this idea from Jane Harmers Tab sheet when she got an affidavit for search in April 1997 on R's home in MI.
Even the Judge wonder what the hell she was thinking when she the (Judge) signed the scribbled mess.
Me too! Disguising her true handwriting?
Go look at it, then decide.

No way, the flashlight wasn't long enough for a child to do that kind of damage. The longer a weapon is the more devastating which is why a bat or a golf cub are far better weapons than a flashlight. <quoted text>
Burke could have been on a step and used the flashlight which would confuse the height business. But I think it had to be a golf club. Weren't John's clubs in that little room where the kids played? And John definitely asked for his sister in law to get his golf clubs. why? was he planning to play golf in the snow or maybe play golf in Atlanta? come on.

No distraught parent is gonna be thinking of golf clubs unless one of the clubs was a weapon OR evidence is inside the golf bag. Once you remove the weapon or bag, it is easy to get rid of the murder weapon.

Why is this so hard for people to visualize? Kids kill all the time and on purpose. And they for sure kill accidentally. To me this is a slam dunk. As for the abuse, who knows about that, the doctor said it was untrue.

maybe they had a real problem between the kids. And no way to fix it.
