And this is news, why?

Why? Because it goes to show how innocent people can be accused of something they did not do. Losing their daughter was bad enough. But being in the public spotlight for something they nor their family ever did probably caused Mrs. Ramsey's death, too. The father and son have lost 2 females in their family. What a horrible thing to deal with. I know. I lost 2 of the men in my family.
Oh, and your name should be listed more appropriately as DUH.

How nice of them. How many years ago did this little girl die and how much pain and agony did these parents have to go through not only with the death of their daughter but also fingers pointing at them like they did something wrong. Her mothers dead so what comfort does she get in any of this

Patsy can get no comfort, but maybe others can.

More important is the fact that the killer now needs to think twice about his freedom and how short it may be. If the investigation is about to heat up without the parents on the suspect list, he may find things a bit warmer.

People who suspect him should contact the authorities. If they can get a hold of some DNA to send in with their info - all the better.

Thats great. Their daughter was murdered. The local hillbilly police don't have a clue so, lets blame the parents although we have zero evidence. The families life is ruined. The crime is never solved. The mother dies. Years go by and now we think the parents are innocent.......smooth, reeeeal smooth.

Why don't you make it your personal crusade to get DNA samples from all of the Ramseys friends and acquaintances since you are so personally involved in this case and claim to have connections.
Wouldn't that be the logical place to start since JR has claimed that it's an "inside job?"

It's the job of the police to find the killer.
Not the Ramseys, not jameson.

Although I think this case was botched from the beginning, the CSI you see on TV has very little in common with the real deal.

TV makes it look too easy, too often. In real life, it's a lot more complicated, a lot more work, and not usually as successful as what you see on TV.

The Ramsey's were not innocent.

I believe that all of the Ramseys had their DNA taken, including friends who were at the home. Heck even the housekeeper's daughter (Ariana Pugh) was DNA tested.
We have no idea what John meant by inside job. Obviously he didn't mean anyone in his immediate family because he has said firmly that it wasn't any of them. I believe he meant that she was left in the home, therefore she was killed in the home. Therefore it was an "inside job"---she wasn't kidnapped. She was assaulted by a stranger in their very own home as they slept.

Okay, you say the evidence clears the Ramseys. You say you are convinced there was an intruder. So, to help me understand, tell me what evidence would the police have found if the Ramseys had been involved in Jonbenet's death? What evidence would have to exist if the Ramseys were guilty?

Jaz, Nelly, learnin and others can continue to spew their hate and ignorance, but the bottom line is this case will be solved with DNA test.
The only piece of forensic evidence that is undisputable is the male DNA found on the victim.
You RDI have lost. If you want to help, look for the intruder.
Get used to it!:)
Get over yourself. Please show us anywhere that any expert has sourced the DNA to the killer. Don't come back with "what else could it be?" That's not how it works.

Just last week they dismissed a DNA case because the DNA turned out to belong to the lab worker who tested it! Please provide a source that all the people who handled the evidence were tested; that's number one. Please provide a source that they tested all the DNA from the kids that JBR was playing with. Please provide a source that the DNA from all the people she had contact with during the 1-2 day time period without a bath has been tested. Until then, all you have are three letters which gives you a mindset that you are longing for, despite the intelligent evidence and circumstances of this crime

Until such time as either the DNA is sourced or otherwise can be proven to belong to the murderer, this is not a DNA case.

There was no intruder. Get used to THAT!:)

They caught a rapist in Calif. last week by using familial DNA testing (new thing). He'd been at large since the 70's but luck would have it, his son was arrested for something and his DNA taken and long story short, they nabbed the rapist.
Whomever the DNA dot on JB's underwear belongs to, he'd better hope his family members don't get popped for something. It wouldn't be cool if they arrested him in the middle of his graduation or wedding...as the DNA could belong to someone closer to JB's age. Just sayin..

Bode technologies can only state how the test was done. The interpretation is left to others.

The DNA has a source and the fact that it was mixed with the blood makes the odds of it belonging to anyone other than the killer too astronomical to consider anything else. All the rest of the evidence available will be used to find the source. If you do not understand that then you have no idea how an investigation works. Simple as that!

There is a source for the DNA and the undeniable odds are it belongs to the killer.

This is a DNA case! Get used to it:)

The DNA does not have a source. The DNA from the various spots on the clothing and body do not match. The conlcusion that the DNA was co-mingled with JonBenet's DNA source is speculation at best. The DNA was presented by Mary Lacy, which disqualifies it in so many respects, particularly legally. That dope actually undermined her goal of exonerating the Ramseys.

This IS DAN case.

The DNA clears The Intruder!

You can post it a thousand times and it still won't make it a DNA case. If you think otherwise, you might want to let the current Boulder DA know, because HE doesn't think so and has UNcleared the Ramseys. Get used to that ;):) ;)

And yes, I know how investigation works. All DNA has a source, but some are innocent sources. I don't care how much you deny it, the fact is that law enforcement is denying it as well or they would have made it quite clear that the DNA belongs to the killer. Nobody is willing to state that other than internet posters

Of course, if you know more than they do, please let them know

I think the problem lies with so many alter egos/sons, and so little ability to post at the same time
