I have followed this tragic story from the beginning, and truly believe the Boulder Police really messed up from the start with all the mishandling from a-z on this case. It's a shame the killer couldn't be brought to justice while Patsy was alive.

God bless Patsy's family. The sorrow must be terribly difficult. The

grace is that at last Patsy and JonBennett ARE TOGETHER AGAIN

I do not think Patsy had anything to do with the murder of her daughter.
It is a shame that the killer couldn't be brought to justice while she was alive.
They are together. Plus they both know who did this crime.

As soon as I read that Patsy had died I thought exactly what you said. She is with her baby and they know all the answers now. For God's sake, never judge people until you're one of the juror's on the trial..read the other forum about this case. Those people are heartless...God have mercy on their soul's..

This is one of the best theories I've seen printed. I suggest you read it before crowning Patsy again. I find it interesting that almost every single supporter I see of Patsy is a woman and usually religious, a mother or cancer survivor. I would say your demographics preclude you from being able to make an objective opinion regarding this case. No one is attacking the mothers, Christians, or cancer survivors of the world, ok? Patsy killed this girl and it doesn't mean that you are a bad person. The world does not revolve around you.

This crap happens all the time. It's nauseating to see people unable to separate facts from their own baggage.

And what do you mean mothers can't kill their children? Is your head in the sand??? Ever hear of Andrea Yates, to name just one.

You are obviously speaking about something that affects you personally but has nothing to do with the facts of this case. It's scary that people like you are on juries. That's why innocent people are sent to prison and in some instances put to death. It's more sickening to me than what Patsy did.

I do believe if it wasn't Burke and then Patsy covering for him, the housekeeper was the next best suspect. She had access to the pen and paper at the home. She knew her way around the house. She could not have left Jonbenet alive once the child had seen her face. She was also quick to point out that only Patsy would have known where to find Burke's knife. But, who molested Jonbenet then? I don't think it was the female housekeeper???? And why not take the body with her instead of leaving it on the premises to be found? If she wanted that money bad enough to kidnap Jonbenet, why not take the child's body in order to guarantee that she would get the ransom? Back to square one.

I see two issues with that theory. First of all, the ransom note went on for two pages, most kidnappers aren't going to be comfortable hanging around long enough after having just killed someone to write a manifesto of that length.Typically Kidnappers write short notes because they don't want to be seen in the area....Secondly, the amount of ransom demanded ($118,000) just happened to be the exact amount that Mr Ramsey had just received as a bonus. How would a housekeeper know that? To me, the only logical conclusion is that Mrs Ramsey did it...... http://jonbenetramsey.webs.com/theransomnote....

<quoted text>Right. The help never hear anything personal that's going on around the homestead. Would you demand a ransom from your wife after she got a large check? It's already YOUR money.
So, its your contention that Mr Ramsey told the maid exactly how much of a bonus he got, then the maid murdered Jon Benet and sat around with her body for long enough to write a long, detailed ransom note? Personally, I wouldn't tell my maid what I made, much less exactly how much of a bonus I had received. To me, the amount of ransom that was demanded is a huge red flag. Unfortunately, the ineptitude of the police means the case will never be solved. They allowed people to trample all over the crime scene, and even allowed other people to handle her body.

<quoted text>Nope, not my contention. Yours? "Heard", possibly "seen". Maids tend to get into the darnedest things. Anyone working in the homestead knowing the man just received $100G makes a better suspect than his wife. I have no idea who did it but I sincerely doubt the mom did.
If the killer asked for $100,000 that would be one thing, the Ramseys were wealthy and that would be a logical amount to ask for. But $118,000? Thats a very odd coincidence. One thing is certain. Whoever killed her was very comfortable being inside the house, did you read the ransom note? It goes on and obviously trying to make it sound like an outsider did it. But no outsider would hang around long enough to write that much.

The 214CA offers the advantages of an environmentally sealed chamber for the processing of fingerprints with Ninhydrin, Cyanoacrylate and iodine. Because the chamber is constructed of Fiberglass, it is not subject to the severe corrosive effects of Iodine fumes.
