Winter, when kids are inside is the season for head injuries between kids and golf clubs. Swing dings can be deadly. Be careful and supervise, be involved if you're giving golf clubs to childen for Christmas.

Siblings do and can kill siblings intentionally or accidenatlly.

Burke spent the summer of 1995 taking both golf and sailing lessons.

"Burke is busy in his third grade year at a new school named High Peaks. It is a Core Knowledge school which accesses high academics and personal achievement. He loves it! He continues with Boy Scouting and the piano. This winter he is the tallest guy on his basketball team. Summer on Charlevoix was spent taking golf and sailing lessons each day. Burke is quite the sailor!"

Here's a 7 year old kid that accidentally killed another kid with a golf club and it was a junior size club at that.

It did not require the strength of a 300 pound linebacker to crack Jonbenet's skull. The Ramseys advertised it as such to lead the suspicion away from Burke.
Burke striking Jonbenet's head with a golf club is even more plausible, probable, and really thee only sensible answer since Kolar revealed the secret and severe mental instability & emotional problems Burke suffered.

According to IDI math apparently is a 7 year old can kill a 7 year old with a golf club but a 9 year old can't kill a six year old. A catastrophic head injury death by gold club only works for the one equation.

It's called the Ramsey principle.

Interesting article where they equate the cranial damage of a golf club to that of a baseball bat or bullet.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AGE OF THE PERP

It's the weapon.

Here's more current research into the injury and type of damage caused by golf clubs and balls. They're using a crash dummy for learning purposes. It seems rare to get a fatality from the ball alone.

"Accidents often occur when golfers are fooling around. Most at risk are newcomers to the game, particularly children. In 1997, nearly 25 percent of all golf-related injuries occurred to children age 5 to 14. Even more striking, a recent study from Scotland reported that 40 percent of all sport-related head injuries among children were related to golf. Many of these injuries are caused not by golf balls, but by golf clubs, often as a result of kids playing with their parents' clubs at home. "

"Though the risk of death from this type of accident is considerably less than 1 percent, that doesn't mean somebody can't die,"

Jonbenet was in good company. Prince William received a fractured skull via a wing ding when he was 8 and at school. Presumably the responsible child was in the 7 - 10 year age range as well.

Although this tragic death happened over 50 years ago most noteworthy is Donna Lee suffered a direct hit by a golf club and there was no bleeding or visible skull damage.

Here's a law firm that seems to specialize in the type of injury Jonbenet received. Likely there are other firms as head injury by golf club has become common.

So common it appears Jonbenet was struck by lightening twice...

I remember this thread.

I also remember submitting a post wherein I asked you to present the autopsy report and show me an eight inch fissure across the victim's cranium with a plug of bone knocked out of the occipital-parietal region.

Unfortunately, I posted this when the bizarre, intellectually dishonest and philosophically retarded RDI Cult were in control of the forum. My post was immediately deleted, as usual.

NOW, show me the autopsy report. If you don't mind.

So, Burke was tall and athletic, not at all the 'scrawny' kid that we've been lead to believe. I know this was a couple years earlier but he was and is a tall person, active and strong.

If you can't find the autopsy report yourself no wonder you're ignorant enough to think the boogey man killed Jonbenet. It was Burke. Burke struck Jonbenet in the head with a golf club. Patsy wrote the note, John tied the garotte. The family was a cesspool of dysfunction, literally a cesspool with feces left around the house by the kids. The kind of story you see on the news and cringe.

John and Patsy Ramsey covered it up to protect both surviving sons, JAR and Burke. John was protecting JAR for sexually fiddling with his younger half siblings, Patsy was protecting Burke from the negative stigma of killing his sister, the opposite type of pageant attention she was so eager for her family to have.

I have challenged your theory that Burke killed JonBenet by reminding you that the damage to JonBenet's cranium, caused by a single blow with a heavy blunt object, was too extensive to have been committed by a nine year old, that it was the work of an adult possessing considerable strength.

You have attempted to defend your theory by submitting the golf club case and the suggestion that the damage to the cranium was comparable to that exhibited in the JonBenet autopsy. Therefore, the onus is on you to produce the autopsy report for your golf club case. It is not on me.

If you cannot produce the autopsy report, your golf club case, as a defense to my challenge of your theory that Burke killed JonBenet, has no validity.

The only real question is was Burke yielding the club in anger, chasing her and wanting to cause harm or was he taking a practice swing with a club from the set he received for Christmas and she just walked into it's path?

IMO it's the former

We've only seen a limited number of pictures from that morning the most recent released shows the excited Jonbenet with her new bike but there were many more... likely with the mystery set from the basement, the new junior size set with a NIKE tag and purple gift bow.

It's common enough type of injury even pets are vulnerable

So let me get this straight...these kids were up all day playing with their Xmas toys...then they got home and didn't go to sleep at all...Jonbenet was the only 6 year old in Boulder still awake at 2 in the morning still with the energy to be running and getting chased around the home with a gulf club whole the adults were the ones who were sleeping...now we know that Jonbenet had pineapple in her stomach... do you know if they happened to find red bull or coffee in her stomach contents also?
