we'd just come off the OJ case where DNA was all the talk. Patsy mentioned OJ within the first five minutes of her CNN interview, so we know she watched the trial along with the rest of the country. It is not a stretch that someone desperate enough to write a 2 1/2 page 'ransom note' would be desperate enough to think on their feet and stage all elements of the crime.
DNA transfer was explained back in 1995, we all understood it and believe me, so did Patsy and JR.
So did the person on the other end of those "blank" cell phone calls that night....

But I don't think it was "planted." I think it was simply a sub-cellular artifact which could have come from so many sources, it's futile to even try to locate it.

Unfortunately, O.J. and the Caylee Anthony case have taught us if a jury doesn't want to convict because they like the defendants, they'll ingore all the evidence in the world except that which they want to believe--even if it's fairy dust.

you're right about juries KK, the average juror these days seems to be lacking any common sense or sense of duty. If God forbid Casey kills someone else, those jurors of Pinnelas County better have unlisted numbers! They'll be blamed, and rightfully so.

It appears Burke was so angry with Jonbenet he lost it for a few seconds. He struck her swinging downward with a golf club that landed on the top of her head. The club landed sideways. The crack was from the shaft of the club and the depressed displaced bone from the head of the club. If she indeed had the hairstyle described at autopsy with a scrunchie on top it would have absorbed some of the shock, hence no broken skin and no bleeding.

Burke must have been holding the club when he got mad at her, as in he was practicing putting and she took the ball to tease him, an action keeping with her mischievous behavior.

There are many golf clubs in the basemen video, so many itís obvious this was a family into the sport. They would not have celebrated this traditional gift giving holiday without including golf equipment and new clubs.
