I see NONE of the pro-Rams have risen to the challenge of explaining ALL SIX UNSOURCED PIECES ON JONBENET'S BODY. Chief Kolar's book goes where they DON'T DARE.

They cannot dispute it so they are denigrating the book and the author instead - they have no ammunition to fight facts because fiction, hearsay, and opinion won't cut it.

The six unsourced pieces of DNA is a bigger bugaboo to the Pro Ramseys than the pineapple was to Smit, and Smit readily admitted the pineapple was a bugaboo.

It probably won't be long before the theory of at least seven people committing the murder and more while the family slept will be forthcoming to explain all the DNA

Heaven forbid that they finally realize or want to realize that artifact DNA is the most likely explanation in THIS case

DNA is only as valuable as it's relevance to a crime and it cannot be shown to be relevant, especially with six other samples

Yeah, those ninjas had themselves quite a party in the Ramsey home that night, didn't they?

Let's see...6 mystery DNA donors....

Team Ramsey suspect list--who don't fit the unsourced DNA samples:

Child Sex Ring Leader Uncle Johnny
Christmas Parade Stranger
Pageant Dad
Psychic Mugshot Man
Ninja Burglar
And the one female donor...Blonde Beotch Down-the-Street?

I know there are a few more suspects on this planet who haven't been checked against the CODIS database. Anyone?

Like Candy said upthread, the Pro Rams will not discuss this part of Kolar's book, other than to say he is telling a lie - so what does that tell you? It tells me, if he didn't have the accurate facts, he wouldn't print them in a book!

It also tells me -'tis the season:
6 DNAs
5 GOLDEN Ninjas - I mean RINGS
4 pedophiles
3 people in the house
2 sides of the fence,
and
1 killer who will never fess up!

It has always been abundantly clear that had she been alive when the tape was placed, there would have been saliva on the tape instead of or in addition to, just her lip prints. People who are alive will automatically and naturally struggle to get the tape off and there would be plenty of evidence of that on the tape. In this case there was nothing but lip prints
Even if she was out cold, there would have been saliva
Although no one here will agree (and I will more than likely be attacked for bringing this up), but this fits precisely with what JMK said about the tape.

He said he always placed duct tape on his "torch" should he need it later. And when he had tried hysterically to try to revive JB after she stopped breathing after an AE session, he couldn't bear that she might live the rest of her life in a vegetative state, so he placed a piece of that "used" tape from his "torch" upon her mouth. He explained he did this to prevent blood from spewing from her mouth when he struck her on the head with his torch. e had decided to do this, making her killing premeditated, a death-penalty crime.

And all this coincides with many medical examiners' opinions (including Dr. Wecht's) that the headblow came last, after the strangulation.

There are many, many aspects of the crime that fit perfectly with what Karr has claimed and this is but one of them.

And since I'll probably get all sorts of flak by my posting this, I thought, Why not? I get flak no matter WHAT I post, so why not start pointing out some of the things that make JMK a perfect suspect?

Nothing you have posted makes JMK a perfect suspect.

I could read the internet and provide a description that would make me a suspect too and if I had the kind of coaching from Tracey and Smit that he had, I'd be a perfect suspect too

Everything JMK said was a fairy tale, read from the internet and Tracey and Smit's input

I do not believe any intruders were in the home but pro Ramsey people could claim that 3 different dna's fit with the 3 people mentioned in the ransom note. Two different male dna on the cords and one on the panties. The fingernail 3 different dna results are admitted to be from the used nail clippers except it didn't match the 8 previous autopsies?

Sometimes old ways still work. The person/s responsible for this and any crime still have to have means, motive and opportunity. There are only three people who fit all three criteria

Nobody with a grudge against John would take it out on him by murdering his six year old daughter. They would have slain John or his whole family, but certainly not do what was done that night and certainly not have chosen JBR just to get even with John. Corportate grudges usually are taken care of in corporate ways and also, John just wasn't important enough at LM to warrant anything so covert and convoluted.

If a child were to be killed as a punishmentto John, it would be a namesake of the family name, not a daughter - I can't remember who brought that up years ago, but I certainly agree with it. To me it is ludicrous to believe anything to do with a foreign faction at all, but JMO.

I don't know if you mean more here than just an amateur or not, but I certainly would have to agree that if this was so darned important, no one would send an amateur to do it.

This is only one more of your amateur opinions regarding how and why the perp did what he did. While you say there are only three people who fit all three criteria (means, motive and opportunity), you failed to identify these three people. You go on to say that "Nobody with a grudge against John would take it out on him by murdering his six-year-old daughter." How do YOU KNOW this? You are only guessing at the most, since it's doubtful you can know what's in the hearts of some bedeviled, evil-minded perverts.

You've also illustrated your lack of knowledge regarding how JMK was just evil enough to have subjected JonBenet to all the ravages that night that she suffered. Since he admittedly had MPD, it's my opinion that at least SOME of his identities fulfill the requirement of the evil person who did these horrible things to JB and even he, when he's in his normal state, cannot control or even be aware of the extent of the atrocities his alter-personalities are capable of.

You go on to say, "...but certainly not do what was done that night". So you apparently are recognizing the incomprehensible torture inflected upon this child, so I'd ask you. If the torture was so extensively horrible even to the imagination, how can you attribute it to Burke or to Patsy and John, even if it was (according to you) inflicted upon her dead body? I cannot conceive of any parent who has never given any prior indication of such actions do something so vile and torturous even to the body of their child -- something you describe as being "anything so covert and convoluted".

In short, I'd ask you are you saying that Patsy and John Ramsey were guilty of doing these horrible things to their dead child's body?

Thanks LE,

I'm hoping to hear about the event. I will be watching for any feedback. I would think in Colorado, it would be well attended

Well you must be thoroughly disappointed at the lack of feedback.

Here it is the afternoon of the 25th and I've not seen any reports of the huge crowds in attendance to hear what Kolar had to say!

Maybe most of the people in Colorado weren't as "impressed" with Kolar as the posters on Topix are.

Truth be told, while I am very impressed with the quality of his research, in interviews he has been about as captivating as watching paint dry.

John Ramsey only got 160 at the CHX library, and she's his kid.

Here's an interview and link another board posted: http://www.tellurideinside.com/2012/10/tellur...

The interview is great. Chief Kolar is very articulate. It's just a matter of getting the word out on a broad scale about his wonderful book. I hope Chief Kolar does more interviews, and I would love to see the powerpoint presentation he gave. Maybe he filmed it for speaching engagements like John Ramsey did. The more people that hear about the book, the more they will want to read it for themselves.

Also, no newspapers carried any story of either of John Ramsey's book presentations in CHX, in either May or September...

I was surprised on another board that a poster had never heard of Telluride and didn't know where it is. It's one of the most exclusive communities in the United States. Tom Cruise, Oprah, all have houses there. We've heard of it in Michigan because the heir to the Ford automobile family, Bill Ford, has had a home there for decades, and he just loves it. It's a very remote, exclusive community in the mountains of Colorado.

Thanks Candy

Kolar is a very good speaker and word will get out. This is a tough time for publicity for these types of things with the elections taking over all the news and programming

Maybe at some point, it will get the extra publicity it deserves, much to the chagrin of the Ramseys and their posse

Kolar should do a book signing and interviews where JR lives!

I have a lot of respect for Chief Kolar and his work on the case is remarkable. However, he does need some media coaching. On the Peter Boyles program, you could almost hear Boyles frustration when Kolar would refuse to expound on aspects of the case. Carol McKinley was more outspoken and she had already declared that she wishes to keep her newly found cordial relationship with Lin Wood intact. It's going to be hard enough to find outlets that will give him some exposure, giving these very vague dry interviews will not help matters. His Book has the potential to blow this case wide open all over again, but a podcast here and a local library exhibit there, is not going to cut it.
