The Daily Beast article states there is a shard of glass lying on the window sill. No doubt this is the same piece of glass Fleet White said he picked up and placed up there.
You can see the piece of glass at 1:57 in the dailybeast video:

Now, go to 1:30 in the video. Here you can see that when the window is closed it is flush with the trim that runs around it. This means that if the window was closed, or even only slightly ajar there would be no ledge for White to use.

Also, glass on the ledge should not be able to move from one side to the other unless someone picks it up and moves it because there is a lip, or ridge that divides the inner and outer window ledge.

The unbroken cobweb is nowhere near the broken windowpane.
And Linda testified that she knew nothing about any broken window long before she turned on Patsy. In fact she was strongly defending Patsy at that time -- see PMPT. Moreover, she contradicted Patsy on two different points: first, that the window was ever broken at all, which she would certainly be in a position to know about, and second that she helped Patsy clean up the glass which she has completely denied.
It's clear from your refusal to accept the very obvious contradictions between LInda's version and Patsy's version that no piece of evidence and no argument will ever change your mind about any aspect of this case. I see no point in continuing this discussion.
“When the police asked [LHP] if she’d seen a broken window in the basement or had ever cleaned up broken glass from a broken window, she said she couldn’t recall anything like that.” PMPT; p. 181

She couldn’t recall.

Later, after LHP “turned on” Mrs Ramsey she denied knowing anything about the broken window. She might not have known.

It is possible that both Ramsey and LHP were telling the truth as each knew it. Mrs Ramsey never claimed that LHP cleaned up any glass, so there is no discrepancy between that aspect of her version and the LHP version. LHP was asked to vacuum that area. Did LHP vacuum that area? It doesn’t look like it.

The day after thanksgiving LHP “and her daughter started searching for the missing trees. She saw a closed door in the basement just past the boiler room, which she had never noticed before.” PMPT; p. 180

LHP had never noticed that door before. Never. So, I’m not convinced that she would have noticed that broken window. I find it quite easy to believe that LHP, or anyone else, could have been in the basement without noticing the hole in the window. See here, 1:57 in the dailybeast video:
