<<<stevethomas: I know that like me, many of you are frustrated with the run of events in this case. But I know that someday, somewhere, somehow this case will be resolved. Prosecuted? Not likely. Resolved? I do believe.>>>

Do you believe this case will definitively resolved and do you further believe the details will be made public?

Personally, right now, I don't. I never thought JMK would be arrested, either, though, so this case could be resolved. Right now, though, I don't see it. Do you?

I believe there will be an arrest in the case and all of the details will be known.

I have my doubts as to whether it will be resolved, but even if it is, like you, Capricorn, I don't believe there will ever be an arrest.

It won't be resolved until John Ramsey is captured and waterboarded. Volunteers?

If a stranger, intruder did this, I believe he will confess if he doesn't die suddenly before he does confess. If it was a stranger, intruder, then, he taunted LE with his little "clues". The case brought a great deal more publicity than he ever imagined. He will have to take credit for this sometime. It will probably be done ala BTK...where the perp will have to contact police and drop a few more "clues" to taunt.
But I don't believe a stranger did this. I believe it was a Ramsey or an acquaintance. We'll need a confession and we're not going to get it from John if he was involved. John told the world, on LKL, that the perp did not have to confess in order to be forgiven by God. Rest assured, John's not confessin anything.
But I believe another Ramsey, or an acquaintance, might have enough conscience to confess at sometime however slight the chance might be.
We have one other possibility. Someone might not have been involved, but knows. That person might come forth.

I don't believe an intruder would ever confess. I don't believe any Ramsey or Ramsey lawyer would ever confess. I do believe a Ramsey acquaintance who "helped" might confess. Kind of doubt it, though as that would mean trouble for them.

Sadly, I fear the killer may get away with this murder because the investigators seem content to wait on a DNA match in CODIS.

But I do hold onto the hope that as states force their criminals to put their DNA in the system weee this solved - and prosecuted.

And I pray someone who knows the truth will step up NOW and force the police to check the killer before another child suffers at his hands.

Historically, they have shown pedophiles are never "done". Sad but true.

I am sure he has had other victims - just changed his fantasy. Acting out that particular one didn't go too well.

Who knows, maybe he is still taking kids from their beds but taking them AWAY. Plenty missing and never found. Only he knows and he won't be calling 911 on himself.

Sure, and each and every time he managed to not leave one trace of his existence. No hair, no DNA, no bodily fluids. Hasn't even written another "ransom note" that could be compared to the note in the Ramsey case.

The intruder theory. I don't by it. I'm not stupid. I'm not ingnorant as to the evidence in this case.

I've seen a number of reports that analyzed the ransom note and Patsy's handwriting and have concluded she wrote it. They're very detained. I have not seen one report that analyzes the ransom note and Patsy's handwriting in a case where the conclusion was that she didn't write it. Anyone can say "She didn't write it" or "She probably didn't write it." But where's the analysis? What was the criteria?

Don't give me a scale. Give me an analysis.

There aren't any reports that eliminate Patsy. The defense doesn't dispute it.

I'm interested in Ubowski's scale, if he has one, because I want to know how the recommended nine-point scale turned into the five-point scale given by the Ramseys to Carnes. I've read elsewhere that it first saw daylight with a misstatement by Hunter.

A 4 or even a 4.5 on a scale of 9 is quite a bit different from a 4 or a 4.5 on a scale of 5.

My question is, How is the point value calculated? Are all the "matches" counted up and subtracted from the "non-matches?" Is there a formula? Or, does an examiner just look at the ransom note, look at Patsy's handwriting, and then think to himself, "Maybe she wrote it, maybe she didn't. I'll give it a 4.5".

I, too, believe a sexual, pervert, pedophile would have struck again and again and probably before he struck JBR. So, why do we not have any DNA in codis which matches the foreign DNA taken from JBR? Do you think he never left any DNA at the other crime scenes?

Hey Jams

This is 2009. Time to get with the new program.

Your schtick is old. Your MISinformation has been outed time and time again. You have shown yourself to be immoral, you have shown yourself to be a liar. It has been proven time and time again. You have done immoral and illegal things and have done nothing but rationalize them. You should be embarrased to continue posting the same old same old. All of your MISinformation has been PROVEN to be nothing more than spin over and over. You continue to make the Ramseys look even guiltier with the lies you ATTEMPT to perpetuate. Keep it going and maybe you'll even help to out the guilty party. Stranger things have happened.

Nobody posting here are newbies to be sucked in; the only people reading your posts with any agreement are those who came from the kool aid gang to begin with. Everyone else is already wise to you and your nonsense.

I see you are sticking to the only thing you are proficient at: lying and thieving!

Perhaps when his father passes away, he'll come forward and blame his mother. Perhaps, like his parents, he just doesn't care. They all got away with murder, made some money and we'll just have to wait until he is 40, like his father stated

Perhaps he'll just continue to not give a sh*t like his parents; laughing all the way to the bank

I don't think he cares, really.
