Hi KK

You know how it is LOL Once either new info is revealed, or in this case, the GJ documents possibly being revealed, they all come out and there will be LOTS of cryptic inferences to other people, etc.

It never fails. Other "possibilities" keep coming to the front of the line to try and distract from the Ramsey connection

It never works, but the attempt remains every time

I really thought this may be a worthy discussion but with all the vague inferences and cryptic messages, it just seems like more of the same old.

I am of the opinion that if someone takes the time to post about something important, like this in Gink's case, either say whatever it is you are trying to get across or don't post at all. To keep other posters "guessing" at this stage of the game is just either distraction or just plain wasting time. If someone has a theory, just post it or not

Hm. Then Gink would have to be a lawyer or Karr.

In either event (neither of which I am convinced), the charges against Karr were dropped, so no "gag" since that date in 2006.

Another red herring, just like Karr.
Charges must be filed before they can be dropped.

Karr was arrested in Thailand and extradited. He did not come back to the states on his own, he was under lock and key.

Hate how Topix times out a thread. So trying again:

LOL True.

But she does bring up a good point for those of us who have let the BS Parade that was Karr thankfully slip from our memories.

So I pulled up information on the hysterical unfolding of the sham that was the arrest (?) and extradition of Karr by Darth Ramsey's Storm Troopers, and PERV Karr wasn't, in fact, ever charged for the murder of JonBenet.

He wasn't, in fact, actually arrested for that murder. Except by Accuser, Judge, and Exonerator Mary Lacy, who had the power to snatch a man off the street in Thailand so she could hold a VICTORY! lap for finally, at long last, solving the INTRUDER murder of JonBenet.

Except not. But details, details--so tedious.

My confusion...in fact, the WORLD'S confusion, came when Lacy said Karr was arrested for this murder in a press release:

Press Release: JonBenet Ramsey Homicide

"Mary Lacy, Boulder District Attorney confirms that there has been an arrest in Bangkok, Thailand for the December 26, 1996 murder of JonBenet Ramsey. The suspect was arrested on August 16, 2006 following several months of a focused and complex investigation. John and Patsy Ramsey both were consulted during the course of the investigation. The Ramsey family has been notified of the arrest."

~~~~~~~~~~
And in her press conference:
Aug. 17, 2006 News Conference
Statement from Mary Lacy
"Good morning.
"As you are now aware, John Mark Karr, 41 years old, was arrested for the murder of JonBenet Ramsey yesterday morning at approximately 6:00 am in Bangkok, Thailand."
~~~~~~~~~~

But Karr was actually arrested for the outstanding warrant for those old 2001 child porn charges in California that were used to get him back to the states...with the Ramsey shills running him up the Ramsey intruder lynch-pole the whole way:

Police: Suspect Denies Link To Ramsey
POSTED: 11:37 pm EDT August 16, 2006
UPDATED: 11:37 pm EDT August 16, 2006

"BANGKOK, Thailand -- An American suspect arrested in connection with the death of 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey denied any connection to her murder when he was detained at his downtown Bangkok apartment Wednesday, police said.

"The suspect was identified as John Mark Karr, according to Lt. Gen. Suwat Tumrongsiskul, who heads the country's immigration police. Karr denied involvement in the slayings, another police official said.

"Karr's visa has been revoked because he was regarded as an 'undesirable person' since he is accused of a crime in the United States, Suwat said.

"Federal officials in the United States, speaking on condition of anonymity, also identified the suspect as Karr, a 42-year-old American, and said he was being held in Bangkok on unrelated sex charges.

"But Thai police said he had not committed any crime in Thailand...."

~~~~~~~~~~
When Karr got a Colorado defense attorney with half a brain, Temin, he no doubt read Lacy the Riot Act for basically staging an international kidnapping of Karr; she then promptly dropped him faster than a rich prime suspect.
No FORMAL charges against Karr in the Ramsey murder were ever filed. And I doubt anyone thought the "partial gag-order" was still in effect because Lacy held her Mea Culpa press conference the next day, spilling all the details for an hour.
Anyway, you get the idea, and we know how it turned out--exactly as we knew it would when this disgrace to American law was first perpetrated by Lacy.
And I'm running out of characters--unlike the Ramsey case; so thanks to Karr's devoted Intruder fans for walking us through the Ramsey Hall of Shame one more time.
And whatever hairs you IDI have left to split, go right ahead. The Ramseys are still guilty, in my opinion, based on the evidence.
Oh well, if I've learned anything from the forums on this case, it's that people will twist themselves and everything else in the Universe into knots to keep from facing the truth.
Denial seems to be a behavioral phenomenon of humans.
But we will strut and fret our hour upon the stage....
First there is the recognition that a crime has been committed.
Then there is observation of the aftermath and collection of evidence.
Then there is the development of a theory.
Then there is the comparison of the theory to the evidence.
Then there is the adjustment of the theory to the evidence.
Then there is the presentation of the conclusion based on the evidence.
Proof is the acceptance of the theory.
I cannot prove anything to you or others. I can only present my theory and the evidence to back it up.
Which is a lot more than BDIers and JDIers have done.
The only problem is you haven't provided any evidence to back it up. Sorry, bucko.
This is the type of evidence I present.
The following are items that show up in both the Ramsey case and The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie (book, play and movie);
"Sandy Stranger had a feeling at the time that they were supposed to be the happiest days of her life, and on her tenth birthday she said so to her best friend Jenny Gray who had been asked to TEA at Sandy's house. The speciality of the feast was PINEAPPLE CUBES WITH CREAM, and the speciality of the day was that they were left to themselves. To Sandy the unfamiliar PINEAPPLE had the authentic taste and appearance of happiness and she focussed her small eyes closely on the pale gold cubes before she scooped them up in her SPOON, and she ... Both girls saved the CREAM to the last, then ate it in SPOONFULS."
Pineapple was found in JonBenet's intestine. A bowl with pineapple WITH MILK and a spoon next to a glass with a tea bag in it were found in the home.
""Oh dear," said Rose out loud one day when they were settled to essay writing, "I can't remember how you spell 'possession.' Are there two s's or -?""
'Possession' was misspelled in the ransom note.
"It was impossible to know how much Miss Brodie planned by deliberation, or how much she worked by instinct alone. However, in this, the first test of her strength, she had the VICTORY."
The ransom note was signed off "Victory S.B.T.C" .
I started posting on this forum in 2007 and you were here then. You`re a guy who lives in NY and you have low self esteem and a theory which I can`t remember fully. You followed some girl around on here and some people picked on you and she told them to leave you alone. I asked you to explain your theory once and you finally did but no one still understood you fully. I joked with you about fishing on and off but weren`t you scared of the water? Now you`re still not explaining again. Seems like you`re on the edge of the U.S. killed her and made it look like it was a foreign faction for some reason. If not, correct me where I`m wrong.
