Burke was cleared.
You have piqued my interest. I know nothing about the character "Sandy Stranger." I will Google it later on. Is this from "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie"?

I do not agree with you, Brother Moon, but you believe so adamantly, it is worth delving into--just in an effort to see where you are coming from.

We, at least agree, that it was not an intruder who killed Jonbenet.

There is not even a remote possibility recognized by any of the professionals involved that Patsy or John acted alone in a state of premeditation to murder Jonbenet. Had this been the case Burke would have never been reunited with his parents on December 26, 1996 and have been taken into immediate protective custody. It was realized very early on the entire family were hinky - had knowledge and direct involvement in the bizarre situation of Jonbenet’s death. It was known early on it was a staged scene, not a kidnapping. What was known then is still thought true to this day and backed up by mounting evidence. It’s just not a case that can be prosecuted.

Patsy was receiving extensive medical care with experimental treatment that included constant evaluation of her physical and mental health with no impairments found. There is a mental health / psychiatric component to the disease process that is monitored through the course of ordinary care and hospitalization and even more so when it is ‘experimental’. John as the CEO of Access Graphics would have had yearly physical and mental health evaluations defined/required by insurance policies. He may have had professional intervention to deal with the death of Beth, he had problems with it. He did mention prescription medication after Jonbenet’s death but he may have had some before too. Any symptoms of the type of psychosis that defines an ability to murder his children would have appeared.

Burke was in psychiatric care prior to the death and a psychiatrist was involved in the police interviews that happened a week or two later. He was the member of the family with a severe known mental heath issue that makes him the most likely person responsible for uncontrollable rage and anger that is reflected in Jonbenet’s catastrophic fractured skull.

Watch the movie.

Jean Brodie says to Sandy: "I see it is your talent to kill without concern." And then she shouts at her "Assassin! Assassin!"

"Burke Ramsey had returned to classes, without police escort, a few weeks after a 'small foreign faction' killed his sister. When Detective Gossage called a therapist WHO WE WERE TOLD had seen JonBenet, he [GOSSAGE] was told to 'talk to the Parents Attorneys'."

Hey mama, you think that means the therapist came to the funeral parlor to see her?????

Hey mama, if you think psychiatrists are incapable of murder do your own research for a change. There have been plenty that murdered their patients, family members, and perfect strangers.

Your fear or inability to understand the truth about the Ramsey family is troubling. You and your children may benefit from professional intervention. There are likely aspects in your everyday life causing you to stumble apart from anything to do with Jonbenet.

Thanks. I drive a semi for a living. I was out in the downpours wed night. I got back before some of the roads I use were flooded and some even collapsed. It has been a once in a 100 year storm or worse. The weather pattern has been very wet since February. We've watched disisters around the country from afar, now it's our turn. Strange days indeed.

It is obvious the pineapple with the large spoon and tea bag in the glass was a ruse to make someone think someone had been in the house. PattyCake made a big deal out of saying
that JB couldn't open a refrigerator door. Seriously? I've seen a six year old get something out of a double-doored fridge, put it on a plate, climb on the counter, put in a microwave, work the microwave, get it out of the microwave and eat the food.

What was the off-handed comment that one of the parents may have taken some of their son's meds (maybe by accident). What were they?

Why were her kids so helpless and DD? Was it because they had help around the house from the time they were born and had everything done for them? I remember Burke saying in an interview that they didn't even get their own snacks after school and ate what was put out for them. Almost 10 years old and you can't get your own snack? That is either a seriously formal home or seriously controlled one.

The house in Charlevoix had King Louis furniture or whatever that was. Someone had a royalty complex. I am surprised she didn't wear a pageant crown to grocery shop or did someone do that for her too? Some said she could not cook or keep her man satisfied. She must have felt so inadequate. No wonder there were the boasting letters about her kids' accomplishments like teeth falling out of the girl taking a baton falling on her head and getting up and finishing her routine.
She missed a pageant in December 1996. What was the cause?

Also, were they experimenting with meds for him? Seems like I remember reading something about maybe the dad taking the son's meds either intentionally or by accident. They basically give ADHD kids "speed" and it makes some people aggressive.
