If the sweater fibers were in fact from Johns "rare Israeli sweater", don't you think Boulder would have arrested him? They are just blowing smoke in the air like usual.
Actually they took a step more severe than arresting him, they INDICTED him. Unfortunately spineless Alex Hunter refused to do his job and prosecute.

So why didn't the Ramsey neighbors' dogs bark? It is reported in several of the published books that the neighbors' dogs barked at every little thing and raised a raucous at the slightest noise.

You have absolutely no links to this case in an official capacity, only poster groups like this one, it is just someone's opinion Biz, wake up and smell the coffee!

Do you have dogs in your neighborhood? How many times do you notice or pay attention when they bark?

I have a dog and all my neighbors have dogs and I certainly would be hard pressed to identify when and what time any of these dogs have barked.

Your comment is so naive...if they had the evidence, they would have prosecuted the Ramseys.

Do you really think Hunter would not have liked to make a name for himself by solving this murder??

Deal with it.

Hunter wanted this case to go away consistent with EVERY other case in which he was faced with having to prosecute instead of plea bargain. Hunter and Haddon had joint real estate interests and there was a confliict of interest. Spin, deal, defer, do what you like, it does not change the fact that the Ramseys were INDICTED.

First it was "if they had the evidence, they would have indicted..."

Now it is "if they had the evidence, they would have prosecuted..."

They obviously had the evidence, but unfortunately had a crook for a DA and he was NOT going to "go there pal" lest his own financial security be in danger

No little children have been murdered in my neighborhood or even in my town for that matter. But, had my next door neighbor's child been killed on Christmas night you can bet that by the next day I'd be wracking my brain asking myself why didn't my dogs bark or if they had I'd try to pinpoint the approximate time to the best of my memory.

Remember Melody Stanton and her husband? They heard noises. I'd say barking dogs would have been noticed as well. A dog in a truck waiting for their "intruder" owner to sneak in the back way of the Ramsey house is likely to cause distress barking by neighborhood dogs and in my opinion lots of it.

People do tend to notice if a dog is barking in the middle of the night, especially if it is in close proximity to your home.
I certainly know when my dog barks. I don't let her stand outside and annoy the neighbors.
Not everyone is as oblivious as you seem to be.

Right-O! No dogs barking = No intruders = No one else except Ramsey(s) responsible for JB's death. The Grand Jury indicted - there is evidence for their responsibility.

It's too quiet in the media, etc. for there not to be something brewing with regard to more public information coming forth. Kind of like the quiet before the storm, IMO.

I wish we could share your optimism about it being "too quiet" in the media and there being something brewing.

Unfortunately, over these many years the media gets quiet very often with this case. I think they still hope that people will just let it go and it can be forgotten. It won't.

The main reason so many forums are still going, books being written, articles and media stations interviewing is because sadly, the public and total strangers won't let it go.

You would think that her family and LOVED ones would be harrassing the police and DA for some sort of justice, but they are part of the large group of individuals :) that wants everyone to forget JBR even existed so they can live in peace.

Not going to happen.

I am the same way, if my dogs bark I am there to find out why and to stop it, even if it is daytime. Good neighbors donít let their dogs bark endlessly.

I wonder whether Wendy Murphy could be persuaded to come onto one of the forums or talk to Tricia on her radio show. There are a few things that I'd love to hear more about.

The retinal damage is news to me and we can't take it as gospel. It's one of those things that someone isn't just going to make up, especially when she has made an enemy of a lawyer who surely wouldn't hesitate to call her on points of fact.

I must say, I was hoping for more news, and in optimistic moments, wonder whether it is the calm before the storm. Then I remember this is the Ramsey case...

One thing: I still hold out hope that we will hear from that person who Pete Boyles said had evidence that was damning to the Ramseys and might be inclined to speak out now the grand jury news is out.

Yeah, she is just chock full of "sources" LOL Unfortunately, none of them are anything more than other internet posters/Ramsey cheerleaders

But she is in fact, full of something. It's just not sources

I agree. And in any event, we are being drawn by IDI into a discussion about general poochy behaviour. In fact, what our dogs do is irrelevant here: the dogs living next door to the Ramseys *were* barkers when strangers came near the house and it *was* the quietest day of the year so they could probably have been heard blocks away - and probably would have had half the other dogs in the area barking, too.

Apr 7 Tricia's Blog Radio - Wendy Murphy said a few words about the new info in her book providing more JBR info and truth that could lead the public to knowing what they need to know. Tricia replied that WS is in the process of going forth with something that will open up more public info about the case.

I know what it is - they are trying to open the grand jury files. They are dreaming, it's not going to happen. Throwing the case like that is one of the WORST and STUPIDEST things you can do, and of course, one the Ramseys WOULD BE ALL IN FAVOR OF.
