Hi CC,

He lied, period; along with Lin Wood and Lou Smit and the rest

No matter what side of the fence one is on, whether RDI or IDI, what Hunter did was inexcusable and the IDI should be just as infuriated as the RDI at the lack of honesty

The fact that they are not proves what we have been saying all along in that they are apologists, even when wrongdoing is so very blatant. They continue to excuse and make excuses for all the underhanded and immoral turns this case has taken. When the excuses don't gel, they talk about DNA and try to distract

When the truth is revealed, as it has been slowly, they will probably still refuse to admit that they were wrong.

It's about being right for them and JBR is just a piece of baggage preventing the Ramseys from moving on without stigma.

IN MY OPINION, any remaining IDI has forgotten about a child that was murdered long long ago, but that is MY opinion. Others may share that opinion, but I speak only for myself

If you put it that way, he did lie. However, if you take Hunter's EXACT words, he did not say that the GJ did not indict. Still, I agree with you that it was VERY dishonest.

I also agree with you that the IDI should be VERY angered about this news, because they should know by now, they have been fooled, and taken for a ride with the BS from Not only Hunter, but from Smit and Lacy.

This exchange between Lin Wood and Michael Kane led me to believe at the time that the grand jury didn't indict. Nobody considers Kane to be a Ramsey apologist:

Wood: Tell us why no indictments were issued after the grand jury's term ended.

Kane: I can absolutely not talk about what went on in the grand jury, and you know it. And you know it, Lin.

Wood: Mr. Kane, why don't you just tell us why the grand jury didn't take any action? It's a fair question. The public is entitled to know. This is not. . ..

Kane: No, I'm not. I'll tell you what, Mr. Wood, I'll tell you what: If you will go to court with me and ask the judge to authorize a release of that information, I will release it.

Lin Wood said what he did to Kane BECAUSE he knew Kane couldn't say anything in return, and Wood wanted to leave the thought in the public's mind there was no vote at all, much less one to indict. It is still a lie by omission. Lin Wood KNEW the truth and he chose trying to distort public opinion over the truth. That was a conscious choice.

I'm surprised that there hasn't been a comment from LWood on the gj's REAL decision. Fat cat got his tongue?

My point in posting the Wood and Kane exchange is that Kane actually left listeners with the impression that the grand jury refused to indict. Even though Kane was obviously dying to correct the record, he felt he couldn't.(We all know what Wood was doing.)

The article goes on to say that Hunter commented that this exchange left people with the wrong impression.

What's he going to say? Oops - my bad???

Trust me - if the implication went the other direction he would have plenty to say.

I think he has said more by not saying anything than if words had poured off his silver tongue, LMAO, but I guess we will have to wait and see.

LOL RT, he can't sue the juror that talked. A few years back, a juror spoke, stating that they just couldn't imagine the parents doing such a thing. Not only was that juror not sued, but the IDI posters waved that flag for as long as it would wave, as did the rest of the RST

It's just a matter of time before the GJ members all start talking and just a matter of time before leaks start coming about other things still unknown by the public. I don't think any prosecution will ever occur, but at least it won't be a mystery anymore for so many people; it will be an unprosecuted case, but a mystery? Nah.

Hi Cap:D
I hope all the gj's start talking..and soon! It must drive them crazy knowing all they do and seeing JR on the 700 Club pretending to be religious and worse, a victim.
