Have a fabby holiday everybody. You are always here, advocating for JonBenet day-in day-out, and you are never less than warm and kind to those of us who disappear for weeks at a time. I am so proud to know you all.xxxx

PS.Practically beside myself with delight at the thought of Tricia's radio show this evening. Kids in bed, hub agreeing to attend to their needs and give me an hour's peace, dogs will be asleep....just hope I can listen here in UK. It varies.

Happy Holidays to everyone who posts and reads here. And for all the people in law enforcement that have worked for Justice for JonBenet.

Please pray for a miracle, that something breaks in this case, so there will be an arrest or arrests, and Justice at last for JonBenet. Sixteen years is an obsene amount of time with no justice in this case.

How wonderful was it to hear from Tricia and Steve Thomas and Kolar and the lovely KK? As Candy says, sixteen years is a terrible length of time to wait for justice but shows like yesterday's demonstrate that there is a huge appetite for justice and immense hard work still going on in some quarters.

Yes, 16 years is a long time, I lost a brother, my father, and my mother since. There have been all kinds of tragedies the world over since that time (let's all say a prayer for them..) and yet I still believe that MOST people have good intentions and care about their fellow man.

IF you have something against a family member, a grudge or some hurt, NOW is as good a time as there EVER will be to resolve it, for we are not here but for a moment..

...no truer words spoken! Thank you for sharing this inspiring sentiment, WV. For all those who have experienced tragedy(ies), may your fond memories and your loved ones bring you comfort and peace during this celebratory time of year...

I totally agree with you, Heloise. Perhaps the naysayers will turn it down a notch for a bit.

Also WVS, great wisdom in your post. Thank you.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you here at Topix!
So sad that yet another year has gone by and there still is no justice for JonBenet.

Thinking about Jonbenet as I always do around this time of night each year. Poor, poor, girl. May she rest in peace. And may justice prevail in this life or the next....

I am one of the tens of thousands of people in my state with no power. The estimated time for me to receive power isn't until 12/28. Please keep the forum updated during the 17th anniversary. Thank you.

Sorry to hear this Candy (even if you did bump a year old thread to let us know lol). Hope there is some place you and your family can be to stay warm and safe, and I hope your power is restored earlier than the 28th. Be sure to let us know when you have it back again.
