Hi Cap:D
I thought of you when they announced the brother did it (tho I knew that..who didn't?) and also turned to my husband and said, "I've already forgotten the kid's name..next".
That's what the Ramseys should have done and we wouldn't be sitting here nearly 20 years later. Of course, that IS IF BRDI. If he did it they made him a household name and created the need to lie for eternity, when all they had to do was face reality and discreetly handle it by cooperating with police. He was only 9 and they don't use a 9 yr old's name over and over in the press if he comitted a crime. It would be 'Burke who?' now, and 'oh yeah, I recall something about a little girl on Christmas'.
You are so right about the Ramseys. My guess is that they had no idea it would become the world wide sensation that it became.

They also thought it would be a case that people forgot immediately. Wrong. Burke Ramsey's future with all the negatives that go with it now is purely the fault of his own parents, and now that he is a legal adult, his own fault. No sympathy coming from my direction

He is a grown man now and if he feels "picked on" or anything else, it is in his power to speak up and he doesn't, so he deserves whatever he gets IMO He could speak out if he had something to say. That he doesn't do it, speaks way more

You're right about him being grown and able to speak about the case, tho he may be one of those people who are uncomfortable in front of cameras, a representive could make a statement for him. I don't understand a kid who has no interest in how or why his sibling was murdered in his house on Christmas night,.. seems most of us would dog it until we found answers. If he didn't do it, and doesn't believe either parent did it, WHO does he think did it? I'd just like to hear that from him..I'd like to know what eases his mind?

There are countless ways that Burke could speak out; whether it be for himself, his family, or heaven forbid, his sister (if he remembers her)

If he wanted to clear the air, or defend himself or his family, he is an adult now and could do whatever he wanted to do so, including speaking through a representative

He doesn't care, plain and simple. He has to protect himself and the family. They are NOT innocent

Burke pretty much has no family left. Patsy is dead. John had a Christmas scene he told of being with JAR and Burke was absent from the picture. John remarried and move on...

He last was known to be living in Indianpolis working for a software company (?) I guess there's some facebook information about he may be gay or bisexual.

But no evidence he cares or ever cared about Jonbenet or about closure for himself or the other people that were affected.

Thanks Loli, but it won't play.
I can't believe he's gone thru life without being asked about JonBenet..that we know of. Seems his generation doesn't care about any of that because nobody has ever come out and said they spoke to him about it or anything else. He certainly has loyal friends or REALLY keeps to himself.

I think BR is his father's son - detached and uninvolved from everything that doesn't specifically interest him.

Except for when he was asked by Boulder Detectives for an interview which he renigged.

It's likely 90% of his generation would say Jonbenet who??? Ramsey is a common last name. Does the average person know the name of Jonbenet's brother?

I shopped today and scanned all the tabloids but didn't see a single mention as the anniversary approaches. The media has forgotten Jonbenet just as her family has.

I haven't heard anything about a washing machine running when the police arrived.

No washing machine running but Patsy admitted to doing some hand laundry, a Chritmas outfit of Jonbenet's, a red jumpsuit or something.

Where did she get it from or was it already at the laundry center or did she have to walk into Jonbenet's room to find it? What telling stain had to be removed? Why not remove the stain at the time she took it to laundry sink? Why even think to clean it, it wouldn't fit next year. I think there's a picture of her wearing this, an elf costume or something she wore for her little show at a shopping center.

This was on the busy morning with a flight scheduled in less than an hour. Like stopping at the store for a cake mix when you're late for a dental appointment. Doesn't make sense, likely not true.

I think she's trying to distance herself from her account of finding the note.

Here's another sibling murder with an intruder blamed, probably won't even make it to national news, so commonplace these days.

It will be telling to see if Burke stonewalls and hides behind attorneys and his father as the Media comes knocking on his door.

There is nobody other than this abused immature little boy who would be so angry he would he would hit a little girl in the head.

Chances are dr fill won't answer anything of substance that needs to be addressed, the lingering questions for Burke, John and even JAR will remain.
