The posts I write are easy to identify, I believe Burke caused the head trauma and the parents covered it up. My ISP location is rural Wisconsin. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to assume my identity...

I think JonBenet’s death was accidental, not murder. I criticize Patsy’s parenting with the pageants and ritual abuse of JonBenet by bleaching her hair. This would have obstructed JonBenet’s ability to progress through Erikson’s stages of human growth & development. JonBenet was developmentally delayed. She was 6 1/4 years old, only in kindergarten, unable to read, and not fully toilet trained. The actual process of bleaching her hair likely had nothing to do with the events of 12/25 but the effects were something JonBenet struggled with daily. Its likely JonBenet had severe behavior and anger issues from the artificial hair color. Children develop a sense of self; an ego and identity, based on their appearance and JonBenet’s body image was manipulated and unnatural.

What do I believe happened? Within 30 minutes of getting home JonBenet and Burke were at it. Fighting or bickering and it could have been over something as innocuous as candy or the everyday teasing siblings do. Could even be JonBenet was aggressively pursuing Burke and he acted in self-defense. The Ramsey parents may have heard the background noise suddenly stop, perhaps even Burke called them to the scene…

There she was lying near dead, lifeless. The parents would have been frantic, asking exactly what happened. Did Burke admit he hit her or just say she fell shifting the blame away from himself? Likely the later. Burke would have been shunted to his room as the gravity of the situation became apparent. CPR and first aid and all those things would have been attempted. Calling 911 would have been thought about but 911 can’t bring people back from dead. Perhaps they didn't call 911 immediately because they didn't answer Burke's cry for help right away, if he did call out that is... perhaps he just left the scene like a frightened puppy and they stumbled upon her body later. The parents could have been on the 3rd floor with the accident most likely happening in the living room or second floor playroom.

The brain damage would have rendered JonBenet unconscious and so close to death her heart would have been barely beating, maybe as low as 20 beats per minute with little force; weak and unpalpable. The kind of heartbeat you'd need a stethoscope to count. Respirations would have needed specialized medical equipment to be counted as well. To her layman parents she appeared dead. At that with no visible trauma from the skull fracture they could have easily assumed her neck was broken. If she showed up in an ER in that condition one of differential diagnosis to exclude would be a broken neck.

It’s likely John or Patsy did not know about the brain injury that night. There was no outward indication of any skull fracture, no blood or gapping wound, just a lifeless 6 year old. The ‘unresponsive’ symptoms match a broken neck. A very likely reason the bizarre garrote was concocted, to cover up that mistaken injury. A real garrote kills by severing the spinal cord, not asphyxiation. Most of what happened that night was fast and spontaneous. Home and near dead within 30 minutes. Fawned over for at least an hour before they realized there was no going back and she was gone... Grieved over for most of the wee hours of the morning, Patsy holding vigil with the body. The planning and staging didn’t take that long and 911 was called at about 6AM.

It’s taken years to come to this conclusion, and it all goes back to one particular incident, the Ramseys removing JonBenet’s American Girl Dolls from the crime scene...

Thanks for sharing! I am intrigued by many points you consider. Can you elaborate on how the dolls play into your theory?

True, but since spammers have taken your hat and used it so prolifically causing some confusion regarding whether a post is authentic, I should think it would behoove you to register. If registered, it's very easy to spot if the post is really yours. It would avoid a lot of consternation over whether the post belongs to you or the spammer.

Although you can't imagine why anyone would WANT to assume your identity, the fact is that they apparently not only WANT to do just that, but they have done it, and very frequently.

Does the spammer think that Pinker is LHP?

The spammer thinks everyone who isn't her or one of her other hats is the devil incarnate. Pay no attention.

The title of your thread doesn't match the content of your post. You are stating a fact in the title and then in the content you are saying 'could have assumed' and it 'would have to be excluded'. Is that really fair?

As we have seen, registering doesn't stop the use of other posters' hats
No, it doesn't.
But since the registered poster's hat appears on a yellow/green background, it does make it much easier to tell if the post is genuine.

It isn't confusing in the least which ones are real and which ones are hijacked hats.

Okay, I'm logged in now on my HOME COMPUTER. I NEVER use it to post. Why? Because it's in the basement, and my children often are not. I am usually wherever they are as they are quite small. I see that my location is KC, MO. What do you (in general) see my location as? Please, people, tell me...

Mama2, your location is in KC, MO. No need to worry since you are REGISTERED.

This is what I've tried to explain to Pinker.

When the background color is yellow/green behind the poster's name/hat, it's for certain the post is authentic and from the REGISTERED poster.

OMG. I've never seen the judge icons until now. They aren't on my IPhone app. How can I tell who's judged me?

Mama2, also, if you will notice, on one of my posts, above, my hat is shown on a white background.

This happened when my computer crashed and I had to reboot. Usually, when that happens my user name will appear automatically as a REGISTERED POSTER. But this time, it did not, and I posted before I noticed it. Therefore, that one post showed up with the white background of an UNREGISTERED poster.

I had to sign-in again to bring up my registered hat.

See the difference?

LOL. I suggest that you completely disregard those "results". Some posters have nothing to do but to sit and "judge" other posts over and over and over, making the results distorted. And there's no way to tell who's doing it.

Just another one of the little inconveniences one must endure when posting on Topix!! LOLOL

Well, some appear to be quite confused. Not confused by who you are, maybe, but by who they "think" I am. Ugh!!!

The investigation and Ramseys claim JonBenet was garroted. That is the content that does not match the circumstances. A garrote kills by severing the spinal cord. It's gruesome medieval torture, real shock theater. The lucky ones die immediately as respirations cease but some have the cord broken below the level that controls breathing and survive in paralyzing agony.

Again, the investigation and Ramseys claim JonBenet was garroted She was not. The autopsy showed her spinal cord was intact. She died by asphyxiation in conjunction with brain damage. The coroner was totally surprised by the skull fracture. There was no indication of any head wound whatsoever. I am presenting a likely scenario for why the bizarre non-functioning garrote was found around this dead child’s neck and am entitled to do so. It is a question that has been brought up many venues with no plausible explanation.

Okay, so I've found the answer to my questions regarding why my location appears to be "Chicago, IL". When I use my IPhone, I don't ever utilize my WIFI b/c I just use the 3G network. Therefore, my phone is configured to use a proxy server. In this case, it's in Chicago, IL....I guess.
