According to LHP when she arrived most mornings Patsy already had Jonbenet's bedding in the washing machine.

Was it because they were merely wet or was she trying to hide the fact the sheets were soiled? What about Burke's 'laundry'. Was LHP ever asked about that?

Mental illness is one of the big taboos in ours society along with incest, child abuse, the exploitation of pageants, even divorce. The Ramsey case provides an embarrassment of taboos, so many, too many to bring to court.

Socially unacceptable behaviors, banned on grounds of morality or taste because of emotional aversion, prescribed by society as improper or unacceptable

FYI, when young children need help addressing cancer and other life threatening diseases of a parent it is not a one on one counseling affair, it's family therapy. Jonbenet was not in therapy because Patsy had cancer. Burke was not in therapy because Patsy had cancer.

... another taboo that is rarely addressed is sibling abuse. That's pretty much what Jonbenet's death comes down to, sibling abuse on multiple levels. Sexual experimentation from an older teenage half brother on young half siblings resulted in the younger siblings being so out of control one killed the other.

Was looking for something else when I found this.

“He had many expensive figurines of Star Wars and Doctor Who characters and they would just all be ruined. He’d have plastic boxes full of figurines but he’d urinated in the boxes. He’d also defecated all over the bedroom in boxes..."

Of whom are you speaking--Burke? If so, where did you get your information? Or was it one of the perpetrators that were listed in the article?

I was at the store yesterday and didn't see a single tabloid remark about the anniversary, nothing.

She's been forgotten.

I'm sure there will be something for the 20th, but she certainly hasn't been forgotten.
