Okay Shill, I see your logic has everyone ELSE having to prove a negative to refute you. We'll do it your way:
BURKE STATED IN HIS GJ TESTIMONY that his mother and father were up all night while he stayed in his bed. He heard their voices and panicked crying. He snuck out of bed and watched his mother writing at the table while his father stood over her, telling her what to write. He heard the two of them going back up and down from the basement while his mother wept.
Now PROVE he DIDN'T say that in his GJ testimony!
So you think the Grand Jury was paid off to ignore this evidence?

See, you make a claim about undisclosed testimony that couldn't possibly be true, where as my claim can be true because your alleged incriminating pineapple certainly was not incriminating to bring them to trial.

If what you claim had any weight, the Ramseys would be taken to trial.

But of course you're to pee brained to comprehend the reality of it, or you wouldn't have made such an ignorant post.

So now your excuse is that you haven't seen the actual grand jury transcript where Burke said ANYTHING, just that you can call it FACT that he confessed putting the bowl of pineapple out because otherwise, the Ramseys would have been arrested?

With your logic, one can then assume that Burke confessed to the grand jury he put the bowl of pineapple out, he and JonBenet ate some, then he took her to the basement and bludgeoned and strangled his sister, but since he was a minor, he couldn't be arrested, so his parents were off the hook, too, since all they did is cover up an accident.

The only question I have left with you, shill, is are you certifiably crazy or simply an out and out liar?

I'll give you this for FREE, speaking of IGNORANT POSTS: it's "you're TOO PEA-BRAINED", you nincompoop!

Excellent post, KK. Couldn't have said it better myself. What's really scary is the idiots that give Swill all of those "agree" and "brilliant" icons after the fool put his big fat foot in his mouth and then tried to back-pedal and claim that he WASN'T infering that he read Burkes testimony when he wrote "see Burkes GJ testimony stating that he got the pineapple out for JB." Absolutely PRICELESS.
Gee...how can one "see" GJ testimony that is SEALED? Does not his statement make it sound like HE'S seen it? But he doesn't get why we are "pestering him" about it.
I suppose he wouldn't care to bother to explain why the Ramseys didn't just write in their book that Burke got the pineapple out instead of blatantly lying and calling the pineapple in JBs intestines a "myth." LOL

Gosh, does this mean that BURKE WAS AWAKE AND WITH JONBENET, WHO WAS EATING PINEAPPLE, AT MIDNIGHT?
Good to know....
Seems important....
VERY.
It's important to remember that first of all, no one knows what Burke said when he testified before the grand jury. At least, none of us. Secondly, only Patsy's fingerprints were found on the bowl and spoon. So if Burke was awake and saw JB eating the pineapple, he must have seen his Mother too as she would've been the one to serve it to her. The coroner reported that she had to have eaten that pineapple within an hour or two of her death based on the digestive process. I wonder if the coroner could tell how long it had been since she had urinated before she died?

Just as important, JBR's fingerprints were NOT found on the bowl. Had she served herself, hers would have been the only fingerprints.

I want to say I am VERY AGAINST trying to open the grand jury indictment, testimony, in this case. THIS IS AN OPEN CASE, and WHY tell the Scams what evidence led to them being indicted by a grand jury? In the almost identical Midyette grand jury indictment, where neither parent cooperated with the police in the death of their infant son, both lawyered up and were charged like the Ramsey parents were with child abuse leading to death: THE EVIDENCE QUOTED IN THE INDICTMENT WAS SOME OF THE MOST STRONGEST EVIDENCE THAT CONVICTED MOLLY MIDYETTE.

When Darnay and LHP went to court over her grand jury testimony, it was believed the grand jury DID NOT indict, that NOTHING would EVER come of that testimony, and LHP wanted to tell her story, not let the Ramseys tell it. DARNAY WANTED A PROSECUTION IN THIS CASE. That's why he sent all the evidence from the Wolf case to the DA and BPD, that's why he gave Jann Scott free depo film for the People of Boulder, CO to see for themselves the evidence developed in that case. As long as a prosecution is a possibility, WHY take out of the arsenal of weapons the DA has the grand jury testimony that indicted them????

I totally agree with you here. Information passing to the Ramseys needs to not start up again.

LE and Candy, I have mixed feelings about publication of the GJ materials. On the one hand, as Chief Kolar said the other day on Tricia's show, the statute of limitations has run out pretty much everything a Ramsey could be charged with unless John was directly involved in the crimes rather than the cover-up. To that extent, publication of the materials might not usher in justice but it might at least reveal the truth.
On the other hand, there remains the possibility that John was directly involved in the crime (although that isn't my theory) and Lin Wood would just earn loads more money by spinning everything that was remotely damaging to the Ramseys.
Honestly conflicted on this one.

I was always of the opinion that the GJ testimony should remain secret but at this point, I don't think it really matters. Rather than have little spurts of GJ information coming out in dribs and drabs, they might as well just lay the cards on the table

Nobody is ever going to be prosecuted and even moreso, it can stop the lies that are spread by Ramsey supporters who make everyone but the Ramseys seem evil and wicked. It's time to stop the charade and the farce of it all and if nothing else, take away the mystery, if not any convictions in court

For some reason my judge-its don't work today Cap, but I'd give you a green check on that! There's nothing in that testimony, IMO, the Ramsey's didn't find out about a long time ago. I'm confident JR knew the GJ chose to indict, that's what his A-Team was getting paid for.

Oh surely he knew there was a vote and what the vote was. I think they are talking about all of the wording and all of the verbiage and reasoning, etc. and even thought processes that goes into an indictment. That is what the judge sealed along with the actual vote.

Thanks LE, I see. Then in that case, I agree it'd be folly to open it to the public. There isn't a SOL on murder, so yeah, keep it shut.

I say that because within the verbiage lies the reason they believed that particular evidence pertains to the crime, and hence (LOL) they give reasoning that the Ramseys could use to prepare a defense against whatever is said. That kind of information is not what you want them or anyone to know at this point in the investigation.

John Ramsey has a copy of Burke's Grand Jury testimony... so if he thinks the release of his indictment was 'unfair' perhaps he'd like to share what Burke said under oath.

I'm sure it's illegal but so is killing a 6 year old and the DA in Boulder doesn't care enough about that to prosecute.

I just listened to Jane Velez Mitchell scream about the poor Ramseys and just about smashed my tv. She went on and on about Michael Jackson without ANY proof whatsoever, has railed against other parents of missing kids..but woe be onto anyone that suspects the man who was ready to ditch the body of his 6 yr old to fly out 30 minutes later. Makes me sick to my stomach to think the spin team has the media by the jingle bells.

Does anybody know about Burke's GJ testimony - was it just a taped interview the GJ was 'allowed' to watch or was it a 2 way closed circuit TV with interaction and questions?
