And that is what i think the Koch brothers fear the most. that it will work. Become popular. The common person will demand to expand and gain a larger control.
the tea party happens to be the most useful fools right now.
But eve the Koch brothers have to realize that this fight s futile.
Both Karl Rove and Bill O'Reilly two of the biggest blowhards over on fox understand that this is a futile fight. That alone should tell any of the most ardent tea party member something.
But I guess not so maybe another 1996 and possible another presidential election stomping might get the message through..
Though the strategy of throwing away votes has been such a game changer for the republican/tea party.. Look how well.. Oh... Wait.. Right.....

<quoted text> I wonder sometimes just how badly the republicans insist on damaging the brand, before they realize...they really need to move back toward the center? I know, assorted GOPers, like Jeb Bush and Bobby Jendel have strongly suggested it, in order to continue viability....I'm also not sure that Fox has been the real positive influence, many on the right may think it is?
Fox will take their marching orders and march to the tune they are ordered to do so. At the same time I am hoping that the republicans will at the same time rid themselves of these tea party members.

Yes, the Tea Party morphed into a nightmare, especially in the House...where Americans have watched them stall our economic recovery, among other treasonous activity.....what a mean-spirited group, they have become....

Last time I checked I believe each Congressman, and Senator is supposed to represent his District, or State voters. You are not supposed to stand around like addled children, and see what the stupid President wants. You are a representative of the people. If the Democrats don't like what Republicans are doing that is too damn bad. They are obviously doing what their people want them to do. I doubt the Democrats really have Republicans interests at heart anyway. Far from it. Senator Cruz won't have any trouble being re elected in his state.

Yes, the tea party has become a blight on the American political landscape. Worse it is for constructive reason. Just a hate for everything. With no plans as to what would follow if the party were to get its way.

It does beg the question, why did the republican party not look closer as to what they were inviting in to their party.

Here's the answer, the Tea Party members were elected by patriots who believe in the Constitution, want smaller government, low taxes and reasonable debt. They are the only true grass roots party to come along in decades. Because you don't agree with their goals doesn't make them a blight on anything. It's called Constitutional Government.

Tea Party led House republicans cut funding for the Service Dog Program for Veteran's with PTSD...a low-cost program, that did so much good.....Tea party members also cut funding for Meals On Wheels, a program that provided needed nourishment for our wounded and disabled veterans, elderly shutins and the severly handicapped....Do you feel that is responsible, true grass roots, constitutional government?.........

Bullshyt.. The party started out as a lot of undirected anger. The republican party s a whole foolishly believed to that they could direct that anger. The tea party has shown that it has no interest in running this country.. Only burning it down with no idea of what is to come afterwards.

The tea party is a blight on the body politic. The tea party as a whole needs to go be shown the door. In 2014 we will see the start of that. Especially, if the tea party shuts down the government. Gerrymandering and fear has a short shelf life. One that is coming to an end.

1996 taught the republicans and democrats what happens to a party that is responsible for a government shut down. It wasn't pretty then.. It wont be in 2014.. You can believe that.
