Immigration reform a big hoax by both parties. seems like both sides are holding on to argument with intent that would ultimately lead to a failure of any bill maybe, the status quo works just fine for them but not for the ordinary citizen and and those who are here under ground and have built foundation and families.

WASHINGTON - Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., has long said that the nation's 11 million undocumented immigrants should never get a "special" pathway to citizenship. Now, for the first time, he is saying they could get some path.

Goodlatte, who holds considerable influence over the immigration debate as chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, said during an interview taped Thursday for C-SPAN's Newsmakers that he could see a plan in which adult undocumented immigrants are given a temporary legal status and could later apply for green cards and U.S. citizenship.

Am highly disapointed in john boehner for allowing minority to dictate for you.uwhy can't you bring senate bill to the floor.is only republican you represent or american.you are playing with your post, wait and see,u will lost any election you contest In future,if you don't bring it to a floor for vote.
Am very happy this fiasco of a Bill won't pass. We would never vote for those Republicans again if they did. Illegals getting Amnesty would be the end for America and its people. Your'e only thinking of a better life for you Illegals but not all the destruction it would bring to real Americans.

In today’s highly partisan times, the notion that Republicans need to pass immigration reform to win Hispanic votes from the Democrats is pure fantasy.
If Democrats thought for an instant that would happen, immigration reform would die faster than an Obama Budget.
Republicans definitely have to pass the bill to survive. That is beyond question.

What did you comment about an Obama budget mean? Are you suggesting there is some type of problem with the budget? Please elaborate because it is not clear what you are saying.

In June the US set a record for the largest budget surplus in history and of course the previous administration's deficit is being reduced at rates never before seen. In the real world these are considered good things.

Oh so you do not live in a fact based world. In many ways life is easier that way. The real world can be complicated. It is much easier to just believe what your radio tells you to believe.

I'm guessing you also don't believe in evolution, climate change or the fact that illegal immigration has been at less than net zero since 2005. Good for you.
