In El Paso Tx , why detainees are not getting bonds after 180 days but the other places in America Indian Asylum seekers are getting bonds after 180 days. We should give justice to every victim of bad regime overseas; who torture their own citizens. We should give freedom to those first who are asking for it.

Why do they need a bond? Are they seeking relief? What in hell do you mean here? I love all Indians, especially the Bollywood type.

The United States offers political asylum for any person who's life may be in danger if deported to their home country. Since when has India become a hostile nation to people of opppsition partys contrary to the party in power? India is a strong economic and military ally of the United States. We hold India as a closer Ally than we do Pakistan. If anyone from India is deported back to India I'm certain they will be safe and their lives will not be in danger.

The House of Representatives will vote this week on whether to hold former head of tax exempt groups at the IRS Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress. Back in April, the House Oversight Committee voted to hold Lerner in Contempt after she plead the Fifth for a second time in March. Many lawmakers argue Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights the first time she testified the first time last year due to making an opening statement before claiming she wished to remain silent.

The only Native Americans that can be deported are those from south of the border. All of them, except the Kickapoos, can be deported.
Since their race is no help to gain immigration benefits in the U.S., few of them (your ordinary Mexican) claim to be "Native Americans." Almost all so-called “latinos” from south of the border are predominantly mixed Nubians and Native Americans, with a smidgen of European blood. Border Mexicans'“Indian blood” comes mostly from the uncivilized tribes of Northern Mexico, such as the Tarajumaras, Papagos Yaquis, etc. By comarison, in the U.S. there are five tribes recognized as “civilized.” They are the Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek (Muscogee), and Seminole tribes. See:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_Civilized_T...
Native Americans from Canada are all considered civilized enough that they cannot be deported for any, I repeat ANY reason. For an explanation, see "Matter of Yellowquill" on the Internet.
As for Hindu Indians, or slumdogs from Bombay, they are ten times more intelligent than those tribes from northern Mexico (south of the border), the "mestizos,' that make up the majority of the population that refer to themselves as “chicaneries,” but the slumdogs will scam you in a heartbeat, too.
FBI statistics estimate that up to 293,000 American youths currently are at risk of becoming victims of commercial sexual exploitation.

The majority of these victims are runaway or thrown-away youths who live on the streets and become victims of prostitution.

Human trafficking is a serious crime, widespread and prevalent even in the United States.

While actual statistics are difficult to compile, it is estimated that 17,500 people are brought into the United States annually and held against their will. Local communities have banded together to increase awareness, liberate victims and prosecute traffickers.

Here, in El Paso, local, state and federal law enforcement agencies have partnered with local nonprofit organizations to form a local response.

The stories of the abducted girls of Nigeria call for an international response. But so does the reality of human trafficking in our midst.

No person should be held against their will and forced into labor without remuneration, without dignity or without choice.

I doubt that you ever studied real history. They do not teach it, especially in areas where there are a lot of minorities that are seeking to find a past that never existed, an identity of something besides a heritage of inferior, marauding migrating, nomadic tribes like those that currently invade the U.S to be exploited by the North American rich. History is for everyone except those who deny it and want to change it. It cannot be changed.
They won’t pass a serious jobs bill, or raise the minimum wage, or reform immigration, but House Republicans think they can earn their pay for the rest of the year by exposing nonexistent malfeasance on the part of the Obama administration. On Thursday, they voted to create a committee to spend “such sums as may be necessary” to conduct an investigation of the 2012 attack on the consulate in Benghazi, Libya. The day before, they voted to hold in contempt Lois Lerner, the former Internal Revenue Service official whom they would love to blame for the administration’s crackdown on conservative groups, if only they could prove there was a crackdown, which they can’t, because there wasn’t.
Both actions stem from the same impulse: a need to rouse the most fervent anti-Obama wing of the party and keep it angry enough to deliver its donations and votes to Republicans in the November elections. For a while it seemed as if the Affordable Care Act would perform that role, but Republicans ran into a problem when the country began to realize that it was not destroying American civilization but in fact helping millions of people.
