Nobody could have forseen Hurricane Sandy.
If you remember, Gallop had Romney winning by around 3% points before the storm BUT----when the Storm hit, Gallop suspended polling for 3-4 days because they knew from experience the impact of a national disaster has on the American people. In a crisis, the American People rally around a President.
When they resumed polling, Obama had a lead.
Gallup got their data from Rove & Morris - who were using exit polling data that was two years old.

You know that, right?

FACT is - in the real world, using 2012 real time polling data, like 538.com did, Etchy was NEVER in the lead - he never led in PA or Ohio or WI. The only state where Etchy had a chance was FLA. But, Ryan lost that state for him.

The Historical Record is clear------Anytime there is a crisis, the American People rally around the sitting President.

No candidate, Romney or anybody else, could mount a closing argument in an atmosphere of crisis, when the President is visiting victims of the Hurricane, promising support.

-the-election/

Twenty-six percent of those polled said Obama’s broadly praised response was an important factor, and 15 percent
— about one in six voters — said it was the most important factor in their vote:

IMPORTANCE OF OBAMA’S HURRICANE RESPONSE

Most important factor 15%

Important factor 26

Minor/not a factor 55
==========
Of course his performance was pathetic BUT his postering, supported by MSM propaganda, was good. Hurricane Sandy stopped Romney from defeating Obama.

Rove and Morris???? ha ha Gallop has been around alot longer than those two.

You haven't noticed? Everything is different now. The President has apologized for lying in his teeth about the entire Obamascam, and that didn't help his polls. While he has always bounced back from bad publicity in the past it isn't happening now. His popularity polls are continuing to fall. Democrats are turning on him as well, as Republicans. The media is beginning to accuse him of lying about everything. The NY Times is questioning his ability to lead. This is not 2012. This is serious business

If by mission accomplished you mean country destroyed, then you would be right. What Democrats and their public unions have done to Detroit should be a warning to the rest of the country and the majority of citizens who favor fiscal responsibility.

Christie could be a viable candidate!! Our recent Presidents have gone out of their way to keep US Citizens in the dark about their agenda. They will never answer a question without BS and the MSM, the mouthpiece of the GLOBALIST Oligarchy, never digs too deep.

Christie has to answer SERIOUS questions if he wants to get the nomination in the Republican Party. Before "W", the Republican base allowed any candidate some platitudes about issues. NO MORE!

It's much worse than that. Millions of people are going to lose their doctors and plans as they've known them..this is just the beginning. No wonder the scumbag delayed this. The delay is only to benefit the slimeball and it will hurt our economy even more with all the uncertainty. It also gives the dirtbag more time to make oscummacare stick. oscummacare is really about preventative and well care, that's it. They can round up enough flunkies to give shots, mammos, maternity care, well baby visits, bc and such. What no one realizes is....those who needed those plans are going to suffer the most. Pre existing conditions, my ass. There isn't the money to treat them. Didn't oscumma tell an elderly woman to take a pill instead of surgery? This monster isn't human, he is a monster who hates the elderly and anyone who doesn't bow down before him. The elderly, the sick, those with chronic conditions are going to suffer first. If you're over 50 and need a knee replacement, you better do it now. oscummacare is not about taking care of the sick. In fact, there are not enough physicians to care for them. People are going to spend MORE for LESS if you get sick. oscumma is going to round up the people first and enslave them before he reveals the truth.

There is a reason the tyrants in Washington wanted a waiver. They will get special treatment. These royals will not be affected by the law at all while the rest of the country suffers.

I'm not even sure if ACA will get repealed because the Republicans are too weak. They are still too busy wasting time on gay marriage and abortion to focus on the horrors that lie ahead for this country. Apparently, the people are too stupid to realize they will soon be trapped like rats. Grandfathered policies are going to go up probably another 40% to cover the 'cadillac' policies which are those that aren't in the exchange. You won't be able to write premiums off like you once could once the minimums go up. I'm not even sure if you will be able to keep your kids on your policy after Jan 1. No one really knows if they are going to even be able to keep their existing policies. This uncertainty has been hard on the economy as businesses remain in a hold pattern. People are negative and that doesn't bode well for a vibrant economy. Not only is the health care industry at a stand still, everything else is affected as well.

All the folks who have served this country, who were productive contributors to society have been forced onto Medicare when they reach a certain age. Now that govt. is taking over ALL of health care, it will steal trillions from that pot and stretch the coverage for all. Anyone with a brain has to realize this is a disaster. Will the liberal elite allow those who want to be free to repeal oscumma care? Don't count on it. Even that dirt bag Roberts is beholden to the liberal elite. You better hope there will be enough who are not afraid to fight this or you can say good bye to granny and grandpa...and anyone who has a chronic medical condition. You should know by now if oscumma is going to let children with cancer die rather than compromise, what do you expect?

The fundies have talked about this day and I used to laugh at them. Now, I'm beginning to wonder.

Oh, and did I mentioned all the additional taxes? This is historic. The highest tax increase in history. There should be outrage. There should be marches and demands for repeal among every single American. Why are the people holding their wrists out to be shackled?

No, can't refute that at all!!

When the US was attacked on 9-11, the attackers were mostly Saudi Arabians. The Saudi's were members of a nutty, radical branch of Islam called Wahhabism.

The Wahhabists biggerst enemy in the Middle-East was Saddam Hussein. So, does Bush and his Saudi King sweetheart form a police alliance to go after those terrorists? No no no.

Bush eliminated the terrorist's biggest enemy.
