Rubio is a known liar who has not only not done a damn thing for Florida but ignores the staggering political corruption of his Miami Cuban junta .

In other words he is perfect for the GOP.

Perfect for the neocon wing, but what about the dominant batshit crazy faction that looms over and intimidates them? Not that Rand Paul is anywhere near a tea partier, but he’s crazy enough for them to feel attracted.

Atleast Rand Paul does for his district while Rubio is 100% self serving and doesn't give a rats Miami butt about the blind who voted for him.

Rubio IGNORES all forms of Miami Cuban political corruption and looks the other way as Miami money is used for PRIVATE owned baseball and football stadiums and other forms of corporate welfare.

I'll take Rand Paul over Rubio any day.

Hell Rubio even made robo-calls for this disaster who was voted out goes to show what a slimey person Rubio is.

"Rep. David Rivera’s personal finances were already a legal black hole before he conspired to break campaign finance laws to prop up a candidate running in the Democratic primary for his House seat.

The Miami Republican remains under investigation for failing to report income from a consulting firm connected to his family for work related to a pro-slots campaign. In April 2012, state investigators concluded that Rep. Rivera had used campaign funds to pay personal expenses and reward companies connected to his friends and family, among other violations."

Sandy, you make a strong argument that Rubio must be the candidate whom the GOP would find more attractive. Birds of a feather, to wit. I just believe that we should not overlook the irresistibility of Paul's craziness for the demandingly-hard-to-please tea-thugs.

Does corruption trump insanity? All we can do is sit back and enjoy the show. It’s survival of the fittest as we watch the dinosaurs disport and play not-so-nicely during our Jurassic Park dream vacation. I predict we’ll be seeing a lot more of R-r-r-reince Prebus drunk footage…

If R-r-r-reince Prebus would ever show up too wasted to stay aloft, the GOP could substitute Gilbert Godfrey for him and the switch would go unnoticed. Seeing is believing...
