Ambro 2000...I am sure you do speak more then one language...and I am equally sure you are in the US and not your home country because your home country's laws are far better regarding illegal immigration then the US...and the treatment of illegal immigrants is also far better...right Ambro?

Each country has different immigration laws depending on its needs. USA is known as a nation of immigrants and it has different sets of rules when it comes to handling this.

Don't blame the millions of undocumented people in the US for being here because USA allowed them to get here both legally and illegally. It is human nature to seek for a better life and migrations have happened since forever. Just take a look at what's happening in Europe now. People from Spain are trying to get jobs in Poland, Czech Republic and other East European countries. Something like this would have been a fantasy 10 years ago.

Ahh...rationalization...I so love the standard 'fall back' of the 'open borders' crowd :-) And by the way Ambro the US history of legal immigration is not the issue being debated. Again, vocabulary, definition, etc...immigration isn't the same as 'illegal' immigration.

And you are correct, each country just like the US has its own immigration laws to govern what their needs our. However, illegal immigrants, because they lack any integrity, honor or respect could care less what the US needs are and are only concerned what their own needs are.

Again I have to compliment your logic...it so proves my opinion about illegals and people who support them.'Don't blame the illegals for breaking the law its America's fault...hmm...actual the US doesn't permit illegal immigration...but you are correct that the 'open borders' crowd do.

Illegal aliens who use stolen or fake documents are committing document fraud,(using SSNs that do not belong to them, and filing false I-9 forms). When filing or signing false documents illegals are committing perjury (a crime) and may be arrested and prosecuted for felony document fraud and perjury and in, certain states AND may be prosecuted for felony identity theft or felony identity fraud.
How do you know the documents that I purchased are fake or stolen. The person that I bought them from was an American and she did not look like a thief. Jes an honest person. I am not a criminal. Si.

Well Gustavo...because you can't 'purchase' legal documents in the US unless you are trying to say 'received' you documents from a 'federal' or 'state' agency. We don't buy and sell 'legal' documents on the street in the US.

And if you did receive your documents from a government agency and are here 'legal'...then all I have to say to you is....'WELCOME'...welcome to the greatest country in the world!!

We as Americans have a shameful history for the way American Indians were done and history may look at the way we are treating these poor South American Indians today. Most of these desperate people have not been given the right opertunities to become the freedom loving law abiding people they long to be. Give them idenity cards and let them help pay our tax burden and require their employer to pay insurance as well and quit makig criminals out of them.

The treatment of the Indians by Americans has absolutely nothing to do with illegal aliens. Slavery was worse. Does that give the wet backs the right to break our laws and our sovereignty? Have the Danes every apologized for the Viking raids? The Mongols for Genghis Kahn? The Turks for the Armenian Massacre? No. There is something shameful in every country and every culture's history. Giving illegal aliens amnesty or allowing them to stay in the US will eventually lead to nothing less than the Third Worlding of this country. They have no respect for the law, no fear of punishment. I am sick of their sob stories about split families. Stay in the cesspool you crawled out of and your family won't be split. We don't need 20 million unskilled,, uneducated, lowlife, violent, vile and vulgar subhumans in the US no matter how much they want to be stay here for the benefits of citizenship without paying their dues. Garbage!

You obviously are being deliberately obtuse. Not even your typical Mexican is that stupid.
If the South Americans were treated better in their own countries with safety and decent minimum wage with the right to have unions, then many of them would have no reason to leave. They are being mistreated by greed and much of it originates in the US.

'Proud to be Mexican'...very interesting name...it reminds me of LA where the mexican communities have the mexican flags out, signs in spanish (actually mexican) and go on and on about how proud they are of their country and heritage.
But they live in the US and you couldn't PAY THEM to live in their own country. I usually judge a person by their 'actions' not their 'words'.

" Republican Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida argued this morning on "This Week" that a key provision of the bill, the so-called "pathway to citizenship" for undocumented immigrants, would not give anything away".

Sure it does Senator, it gives or sells our American citizenship to 11 million illegal aliens that broke our Immigration Laws to get here!

It's sad when some politicians and segments of our population want to degrade our American Citizenship to the point where it has no value or meaning.

Please stop whining!

Mexico & The Scalp Industry

Between 1835 and the 1880s, the Mexican authorities paid private armies to
hunt Native Americans, paying per kill and using scalps as receipts. The
practice began when the Mexican government could no longer provide adequate
protection to its citizens from the marauding Apaches and Comanches.

He is right when he's saying "would not give anything away" because, whether you like or not ( most likely "not" ) these people are already here, the work and live here and legalizing them would strengthen US security ( having them in a DB )and improve the economy ( they would spend more money here on houses, cars and other stuff and also pay taxes ). Also they would not take the jobs of the Americans because they already have jobs.

Illegal Aliens Receive Billions in IRS Tax Benefits

Friday, 23 Sep 2011 05:17 PM

By James Walsh

On July 7, 2011, the U.S. Department of Treasury's inspector general for tax administration issued a startling report entitled "Individuals Who Are Not Authorized to Work in the United States Were Paid $4.2 Billion in Refundable Credits."

No wonder the nation's finances are in turmoil.

******It is clear that unauthorized aliens are filing ITIN tax returns with fraudulent data.******

The Treasury report found that "One common type of
fraudulent refund involves taxpayers fabricating a Wage and Tax Statement (Form W-2) that shows excess withholding and results in a tax refund."

BINGO !

That's another reason why the Status Quo is not acceptable anymore. Under the new law undocumented citizens won't have any Federal benefits until they become citizens which is after 13 years of paying fines and taxes.

"Individuals Who Are Not Authorized to Work in the United States Were Paid $4.2 Billion in Refundable Credits." = THE CHILD TAX CREDIT

AN AMERICAN CHILD's SS NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE THE CHILD TAX CREDIT.

WATCH THE VIDEO:

http://www.youtube.com/watch... #!

75% of Undocumented Immigrants on Pay Rolls & pay all taxes according to SS & IRS Officials.

the IRS routinely seeks to collect both federal income taxes and federal payroll taxes from undcoumented immigrants, who are required to pay regardless of their immigration status. Because such workers donít qualify for a valid Social Security number, the IRS issues a nine-digit Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.
