ALL Dems are accomplices in the government take over of health insurance.
There should be a national ad revealing ALL the accomplices, they should ALL be completely EXPOSED. They are trying to run and hide and pull the wool over the eyes of many.

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through...all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.

For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.- Marcus Tullius Cicero

yes, of course all local societies have flood stories, it happens all the time.

there is no way a global flood would have not left one single geological trace on this planet. in fact, if there were enough water added to this planet to flood it to the height the bible suggests, our planet would have ignited as a sun. physics is fun!

For that matter, how about when the auto companies and the tire companies and the oil companies went around the country and secretly bought up all the municipal transportation systems (which were operating quite well, thank you) and then junked them so they wouldn't have any competition. They were all found guilty of a conspiracy and fined some minimal amount of money ( a veritable slap on the wrist) but their nefarious scheme was completed.

this really has nothing to do with any god being theoretical. to be theoretical there would first need to be at least one shred of evidence on which to base that theory. do not confuse a scientific theory with a hunch or a guess or even a hypothesis, they are very different entities...

You have a point. NTRPRN is a walking, talking contradiction with every word from her mouth. With her comment, you could ask her, "are you atheist, or which god do you believe in"?

Something that working people oppose due to the large amounts of non productive people benefiting from this socialist line of thinking.

<quoted text>you realize they worship the same god as the jews and the christians, don't you? the same god that says it is Ok for all those people to kill others who don't believe as they do...
perhaps you're forgetting the three way religious war in the balkans recently where two of the christian sects involved murdered whole villages of women and children and old men in the name of their god?
the muslims have a long way to go to catch up to the bloody swath the christians laid across this planet in their expansion of their cult... but they are 500 years younger...give them time religious cults are best known for just that, blood and conquest.
People do many atrocities in the name of Religion but the bottom line they are doing wrong imo per God's word. If we do two things in life we are following Gods law. Love God with all your heart and soul and Love your neighbor as yourself. If you do those things then you can't kill, name call, steal or any other bad thing.

Hey dumbfck, THEY came HERE. And THEY were Muslims. I'd have started rounding up Muslims like Roosevelt (D) did Japs, but that would have been poor form in today's world. Second option: Wipe out every Islamist I could find, outside our borders - hence Iraq and Afghanistaahhn.
If you want to equate isolated incidences by isolated groups with a world-wide ideological war on civilization that's been terrorizing, murdering and plundering innocent civilians for over 1600 years, go right ahead. It further illustrates how shallow and limited you actually are.
I know why you 'really' lost your job.
did you also forget "the Troubles" in Ireland?(i love that euphamism,'the troubles', people killing their fellow humans over religion, and it is just ' the troubles'...classic!)

have you ever attempted researching things before you post? give it a shot once, you might find it a refreshing dip in the pool of knowledge!

Ever notice how a police officer gets real "nice" with you the moment you declare you have a gun but refuse to hand it over prior to them presenting their "probable cause"?
I did that shit once to a sheriff while on my property regarding a neighborhood dispute. I was scared as a little girl but the assertion of my rights and my unwillingness of simply handing over my gun was one of my most proud moments.
Your sheriff is your direct link to my nation's constitution.
He is obligated to protect your rights that are guaranteed by it.

We'll have to learn it with we don't agree with each other. I feel the evidence is there and will be at some point in time disclosed. I guess that's where faith comes in to play.
By the way those stories of old come from some type of actual occurrence.

there is no evidence on which to make a theory of any god. there is no evidence at all of any god, gods or goddesses ever existing to date.
I have been personally provided "evidence" on more than one occasion of the eternal nature of "soul" or God. Now, can I supply YOU with concrete evidence of my experiences? No. So, the tangible proof you require is not something YET duplicated in a laboratory or using the Hadron Collider. That doesn't mean there is no God. There is no proof there is no God, much less how God is defined when anybody uses the term God (not gods), and until we fully understand the ramifications of Higgs Boson, some of our laws of physics stand to be TRANSFORMED. Do you follow THAT logic? IT means that there were things we only dreamed of until we found the tools to prove the theory. Math predicted it, but the tools to confirm came later. Time travel? Forward or backward? Possibility? Is there tangible proof? Dark matter? Gravity still not explained but we know it's there. What about that?

I'm not trying to convince you of ANYTHING. On the other hand, you will never convince me there is no God, simply because of my own personal experiences, and with no rational alternative explanation other than God and spirit. I just recently had this conversation with a physician who expressed to me that he waivered between faith and skepticism. Same thing with a nuclear medicine scientist, a brilliant internationally recognized man who is questioning some of his own prejudices and agnosticism in light of some events he has witnessed later in life. I think you might be amazed at the numbers of human beings who have had experiences but who would only discuss them with someone they believe will not judge them or embarrass them.

If you need proof, I hope you get that proof. I haven't required proof since I was young and saw that it was pedantic children who rejected God summarily and that God was present for ALL mankind, not a function of degree of intelligence. Organized religion? Different story entirely, and I don't much care for it, but I appreciate the goodwill and the efforts failed humans put forth to try and be better human beings. I'd exclude radicals of ANY faith who use their religions to try and control and manipulate other human beings.
