It is a big topic but here comes just a tiny fraction of it!

I will talk about Capitalism some other day!

If you are a Liberal you have a looser, deficiency, zero sum, mentality.

A Liberal feel trap in a job he can not succeed. A Conservative KNOWS he can move up to the executives and beyond.

A Liberal will blame the rich in top for his inability to succeed. A Conservative knows he can be better and get more money if he is willing to pay the price!

A Liberal will blame the rich for he being fired or making less money. A Bill Gate or Steve Jobs will CREATE a job if none is available.

A Liberal think he can not success in the corporate ladder because of rich conspiracies from the too. A Conservative who is not promoter will CREATE a Wendy's corporation!

A Liberal blame rich for his failures. A Conservative KNOWS the sky is the limit!

Example at hand: I was born a poor kid in Puerto Rico that knew no English!

My mother taught me the sky is the limit!

So far I had accomplished more that the average person because I am NOT a Liberal! Once you stop being a Liberal you will become rich and successful!

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics with honors in an American college-State university of New York.

I became a Lieutenant in the US Navy. A Software Engineer in NASA, a computer programmer for the Treasury Department, a Software developer for the Army, and today a Software Engineer for the Department of Defense. Had Secret and NATO secret clearances.

I make six digit salary but I can make over a million IF I want to! But I choose NOT TO because I do not want to pay the price, which is to abandon my family for months and years at a time!

Conservatives KNOW they can make as much as they want if they are willing to pay the price.

Liberals believe they can not get anything in life because the greedy rich on top do not let them be rich!

How wrong they are!

Even a poor kid, without shoes, from Puerto Rico can prove them wrong?

When you have a dictator removing your guns and you know he is lying about gun fatalities facts and uses kids to appeal to low information Liberals then you do not need to interpret the Constitution, all you need to see is the reason why the founding fathers feared big government.

It is no longer abort the Constitution but about stopping dictatorship and protecting your freedom!

When you have a dictator telling you what to eat, drink and who can get health care and who can not then you need guns.

When you have a dictator telling you he will raise your taxes to 100% of your income then you need guns.

There is a time when the Constitution must be ignored and Common sense rules!

The Constitution will not pay your bills nor feed your family when Mr. Dictator come knocking at your door!

The great news is that Common Sense, Freedom and the Constitution are ONE AND THE SAME!!!

Because it is based in natural common sense laws!!!

The framers could have denied citizenship to all persons born in the United States whose parents had arrived 10 minutes earlier, but they didn't.

No interpretation there by the SCOTUS; nope, none needed. Itís right there in black and white, plain as day, clear as a bell. But yet, hypocritically, despite your claim that you like the Constitution as it is, this you donít accept.

The Civil Rights Act of 1866 is the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution, so when you read "and subject to the jurisdiction, thereof", it means nothing more than "not subject to any foreign power" as stated in the Act.
Now as we all know and supported by Obama, he was born a citizen of his father's nation, which means he was not eligible for citizenship in the USA.
