It might come as a surprise to you, but Trayvon Martin isn't the person on trial here, he is the person that was murdered.
If (note that I said if) George Zimmerman was taking medications that could have been a factor in this case you can bet it will be mentioned at trial.
IF there is a trial, you better belief TM's character WILL be BROUGHT UP.

all it takes is once simple question: Why did TM go BACK to find GZ?

to kick his azz (as per Freedie)?

NO! he wouldn't do that.

your Honor, to DISPROVE that claim, allow me to introduce blah, blah, blah...

yep, it will be brought UP...

I think this is where NTR, Rose , Jack, Rico, And maybe even this Snake Eyes character came from?? Yeppers

http://io9.com/5471611/a-1934-map-of-the-secr...

The Hopi Indians of northern Arizona have traditions that recall a time when their "Snake Brothers" built and occupied underground cities in Arizona, California, Mexico and Central America. Once such underworld city is believed to have been built on the west coast, near the Pacific ocean, under Los Angeles, California.

Strangely enough, one engineers search for LA's mythological underground city gained enough credibility to have his efforts presented as front page news in the Los Angeles Times newspaper, January 29th, 1934.

Top, dead center of the front page is an artistic rendition of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Below the image is an article titled "Lizard People's Catacomb City Hunted: Engineer Sinks Shaft Under Fort Moore Hill to Find Maze of Tunnels and Priceless Treasures of Legendary Inhabitants."

Primarily used to treat narcolepsy in adults and is administered:
Usual dose 5 mg to 60 mg per day in DIVIDED doses, depending on the individual patient response.
Did you catch that? Divided doses. It's not a time release drug.

Do you need another clue?

This is a drug that is also used to treat children for ADHD. In adults, it is usually taken 2-3X a day to treat narcolepsy.

Say, you get up at 8:00 a.m.- You'd take a dose then, another at 1:00 p.m. and your last dose at 6:00 p.m.

Now, if it hasn't worn off by eleven, you can take a sleep aid.

Need more time or another clue? Let me know.

TM either waited there to ambush him or turned back to confront him.
...
I think you would have to be extremely liberal or racially biased to conclude that based on Florida law, especially since he was on his way back to the car when the fight took place.

Another fact that is hard to dispute is that Travon had a history of violence and criminal activity including fights and bragging about punching people on his social media accounts.

The 10 year old kid shown in the photos by the mass media grew up to be a 17 year old thug.

His history of being caught in possession of stolen jewelry and burglary tools suggests that TM was involved in exactly the types of crime that had been occurring in that neighborhood so if anything,

a further review of TM's background suggests GZ's suspicions were 100% spot on.

THE PUBLIC EYE: Disarming Republican Anarchists

Republican Anarchists tend to live in Red states, where weapons are concentrated. There’s a disturbing relationship between gun prevalence, resistance to gun control, and anti-government rhetoric. The Daily Beast ranked states by guns per capita (by comparing the number of NCIS background checks – the process you go through when you buy a gun – with the state population). The top ten states are Kentucky, Montana, North Dakota, West Virginia, Alaska, Wyoming, South Dakota, Oklahoma, New Hampshire, and Wisconsin. Most of these states rate among the Top ten gun-friendly states. Alaska and Wyoming are also among the top ten in firearms death rate. Wyoming has the highest rate of gun ownership – 59.7 percent of households report at least one gun – and claims to have more guns than people (576,412). While it has the 43rd lowest crime rate in the US, Wyoming also has the fourth highest rate of death by firearms.

well, L-J, what don't YOU understand about 1) generally are, 2) the fact that prosecuters ofter do request that the lesser charges be part of the jury instructions (IF they are included), and 3) rather or NOT they ARE in this case?
if NOT, the jury cannot convict on a lesser charge IF IT IS NOT INCLUDED. isn't THAT the point?
you have posted three times that juries can OPT on their own (you NEVER mentioned the quailfier IF included!) to go for a lesser charge.
they are YOUR words... don't you even KNOW what you wrote?
or is this ANOTHER case of the readers having to READ YOUR EFFING MIND?
go back and read MY first response and see where I said THEY HAD TO BE PART OF THE ORIGINAL CHARGES. my POINT was made PERFECTLY clear... and you still called it WRONG.
IF by State Law, they ARE automatic, then they would be INCLUDED, wouldn't they? BUT, if 1) they are NOT automatic and/or 2) left out or PURPOSELY excluded, THEY WOULDN'T, WOULD THEY?
YOU said if you made a mistake, you would correct it. you have had at least TWO occassions to clarify or correct and YOU FAILED.
I guess that, AGAIN, makes YOU a LIAR, right?
P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C
These are your words higgans...

"according to a site for LEGAL questions, allexperts.com , UNLESS THE LESSER CHARGES ARE FILED WITH THE HIGHEST CHARGE, NO, the jury cannot just pull a charge out of their collective arses and find any body guilty.

now, IF the Spec Pros DID include Manslaughter, yes, they can.

my understanding is: SHE DID NOT."
----------

I'm just going to say this and get it over with.

I don't think you're very smart.

You said the prosecutor had not included the lesser charges and that meant the jury would not have the option to consider a lesser charge.

I have been (patiently) trying to point out that the lesser charges are included automatically which meant the jury does have that option.

If you finally understand that Zimmerman can in fact be convicted of manslaughter even if the jury decides not to convict on the charge of second degree murder then we have made at least some progress and I'm satisfied that may be all your limited intellect is capable of understanding.

There's really no reason to continue this discussion unless you are determined prove what a nasty, little moron you really are.

I think it's hillarious.

Right wing pubs insist that social issues are nothing but a distraction and then they set out to destroy any conservative that doesn't follow their edicts when it comes to social issues.

Good luck in 2014.

Scott Romney Considering 2014 Senate Run In Michigan

The Romney name may appear on the ballot once again in 2014. Roll Call reported Friday that former presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s brother Scott is considering a run for retiring Sen. Carl Levin’s (D-Mich.) seat...

...If the speculation proves true, this will not be the elder Romney brother’s first shot at political office. In 1998, he sought the Michigan Republican Party’s nomination for state attorney general. He lost the nomination, however, to John Smietanka, who was defeated by Democrat Jennifer Granholm in the general election...

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/08/scot...

The Romney poliotical dynasty limps toward another election?
