It doesn't change that it's still their weakest argument.
There's no correlation between a voluntary murderous act on victims like the shooting in CT and illnesses that randomly affect individuals. In disease, there isn't a perp with the intent to take the life of another and using a highly effective weapon like a firearm to do it. There's just no comparison. I have no idea why they continue to bring it up.
