There is one thing I've learned in the past few years.
If the Obama administration does it, it's wrong.

All i can say is elections are in Nov so let Obama do all the damage he can to the democratic party.

Republicans are going to take the Senate so they can slow down Obama and the democrats from giving our country away.

No chance that repukes will take anything and if they did.... they'd still do nothing about illegal immigration.

Look at what they've done for a pro-illegal agenda since 1986 ?

Need anyone say more?

Doing nothing is better than granting them amnesty. We see how well that worked out in 1986, didn't we?

Reagan was the President at the time, he passed amnesty, but you racists will find a way to blame Obama for it.

Obama made Reagan do it.

This is how Obama is saving America???
This is a copy and paste:

"Not only did (Obama) Homeland Security spring 68,000 criminals who are in the country illegally rather than process them for deportation in 2013, it freed nearly 40,000 in detention while they waited to hear if they'd been booted, the Center for Immigration Studies reported.

The 36,007 released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody included criminals convicted of homicide, sexual assault, kidnapping, and aggravated assault, and in 16,000 cases, nailed for drunk or drugged driving, the Center reported, citing an ICE tally.

"The revelation that 36,007 criminal aliens were released from ICE custody in 2013, an average of nearly 100 per day, is shocking, and could further shake public faith in the effectiveness of current immigration enforcement policies," the Washington-based Center said in its analysis.

"This information is sure to raise concerns that, despite professions of a focus on removal of criminal aliens, Obama administration policies frequently have allowed political considerations to trump public safety factors and, as a result, aliens with serious criminal convictions have been allowed to return to the streets instead of being removed to their home countries."

The ICE document said many of the 36,007 detainees had multiple convictions with nearly 88,000 convictions between them. The latest numbers were assembled by ICE in response to congressional inquiries after their report titled "Catch and Release," showing ICE officers shrugged off immigration charges against 68,000 convicted criminals who were in the United States illegally last year, the Center said.

"This document raises questions about the Obama administration’s management of enforcement resources, as well as its enforcement plans and priorities," the Center said in its analysis, calling into question "President Obama’s request to Congress for permission to reduce immigration detention capacity by 10 percent in favor of permission to make wider use of experimental alternatives to detention."

"The news that ICE released so many criminal aliens convicted of so many serious and violent crimes suggests that ICE could use more detention capacity, not less, in order to prevent further harm to the public from these individuals," the Center analysis said.

"ICE should be asked to track and disclose what additional crimes may have been committed by these individuals after their release.""

Here is Ted Kennedy commenting on the 1965 immigration bill,
“The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission.”

Ted Kennedy on the 1986 Simpson-Mazzoli Bill,
“This amnesty will give citizenship to only 1.1 to 1.3 million illegal aliens. We will secure the borders henceforth. We will never again bring forward another amnesty bill like this.”

Ted Kennedy(2007) on the McCain/Kennedy immigration proposal.
“The plan will strengthen our borders and our national security while providing a tough but fair path to citizenship for millions of people.”

Liberals love to advance the lie that amnesty isn't a burden on tax payers.

Massachusetts, the 6th smallest state in the nation, spends 3 billion dollars a year on illegals.

Pretty much busts that myth.

You said in another thread that Hispanic isn't a race so how can one be racist against them? Tripped yourself up, did you? Hispanics aren't the only ones here illegally and how is it racist to want our immigration laws enforced and no amnesty?

I don't blame Obama for what Reagan did so stick that in your pipe and smoke it. Try some new lines, idiot.

Besides, you have it azz backwards. It is Obama that has been blaming Bush for all the woes of this country for the past several years.

I only hold Obama accountable for what he does. I'm not a Democrat so I didn't approve of the policies of any past "white" Democrats in the White House either. I don't give a damn about anyone's race or skin color just that they be patriotic Americans for the rule of law and put this country and it's citizens first. It's a part of the assimilation process.

You're a racist because you hate Obama's skin color you dumb POS. Last I checked Obama isn't Hispanic, though you are you coconut.

Reagan passed amnesty, yet you defend him and rail against Obama, what a racist POS you are.

Nice try but barry is bi-racial, the product of a black man and white woman. So which race are we supposedly racist against? His black or white side?

It's his policies and agenda that we don't like. Reagan signed amnesty that CONgress passed yes and later regretted it. He like most Americans believed in the promises made to secure the borders and never bring forth another amnesty. Lies and more damn lies from both sides of the isle and from just about every admin since 1986.

Look I do not feel immigration should be a priority right now. We need to take care of the citizens that are currently here now. Does the name ALI MOhamd ring a bell? He was the spy of Alqeada that trained with the US Army hired by Bin Laden and Al Zawarihiri to create a plan to attack the United States. We dropped the ball big time on him. The FBI and CIA had questioned him over and over again. he entered the United States in the late 1980s to take our own knowledge and use it against us. We are currently on track to go broke by 2020 as Bin Laden stated would be his over all plan . below is their stratgey and we need to stop policing the world as well

Provoke the United States and the West into invading a Muslim country by staging a massive attack or string of attacks on U.S. soil that results in massive civilian casualties.
Incite local resistance to occupying forces.
Expand the conflict to neighboring countries, and engage the U.S. and its allies in a long war of attrition.
Convert al-Qaeda into an ideology and set of operating principles that can be loosely franchised in other countries without requiring direct command and control, and via these franchises incite attacks against the U.S. and countries allied with the U.S. until they withdraw from the conflict, as happened with the 2004 Madrid train bombings, but which did not have the same effect with the July 7, 2005 London bombings.
The U.S. economy will finally collapse by the year 2020 under the strain of multiple engagements in numerous places, making the worldwide economic system which is dependent on the U.S. also collapse leading to global political instability, which in turn leads to a global jihad led by al-Qaeda and a Wahhabi Caliphate will then be installed across the world following the collapse of the U.S. and the rest of the Western world countries.
Atwan also noted, regarding the collapse of the U.S., "If this sounds far-fetched, it is sobering to consider that this virtually describes the downfall of the Soviet Union."[73]

I have already stated that I don't give a damn what a person's race or skin color is so why are you calling me a liar? I wanted Herman Cain (the fully black man) to get the nomination on the GOP ticket so WTH are you talking about? I'd vote for a Hispanic Republican also if they promised to uphold our immigration laws with no amnesty. How the hell am I a coconut? Are you making your false accusations that I am Hispanic again? Give it up you idiot! I've told you numerous times that I am not. You and your lying, stalker buddy are nothing but POS!

I did not defend Reagan for granting amnesty. In fact in another thread or maybe this one I said that both Bushs' were wrong to push an amnesty also. The problem Reagan ran into is that the border wasn't secured as promised. Stop your effiing lies about me you childish imbicle. I post my views and then you turn around and call me a liar. WTF for? You don't know me! No wonder you were banned from City Data!

"Trying" is fine if a true effort is made. Failing because of corruption, greed and incompetence is the part that is wrong.
