RNC Calls for Immigration Reform, but No Pathway to Citizenship

Aug 16, 2013 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: WAPI-AM Birmingham

The Republican National Committee passed a resolution Friday calling on President Obama and Congress to pass immigration reform legislation before the end of the year, but it did not include a pathway to citizenship for any of the 11 million undocumented immigrants in this country, unlike the bipartisan legislation passed by the Senate in June.

Wrong honey...just listen to Pelosi in California, free haven for illegals.
They have no intention of stopping this flood of illegal immigrants. The joke is on you...low wages..eat up our health and welfare dollars, increase in crime.you are one blind person if you believe the liberal established govt cares about your ass.......they expect a flood of up to 30 million over the next 10years.whats that going to do to the fabric of this country.
Do you really believe in all the rhetoric against illegal immigrats
if you do then, why so many red states still harbors them in pretense and not openly as California do? the answer is cheap and productive labor and every business love that and if you look carefully you will see the hypocrisy in it.

How many companies have gone out of business here because of the likes of Mitt Romney, the Kock Bros, and the rest of the frightwingnut brigade offshoring jobs to China and any third world country they can export jobs to? These are the prime examples of US economic injustice.

What makes you think that Republicans should always dictate their way on every issue, what gives them right? Democrats are willing to accommodate a middle ground approach on immigration reform which is fair and reasonable and not unconscionable.
Thank you for the laugh. The Republicans are offering immigration reform not amnesty. As I said before amnesty for those who came here illegally should not be lumped in with immigration reform yet it is the Democrats that have been blocking reform for years by refusing to reform immigration laws or improve border security unless millions of criminals are granted amnesty. Our country needs honest hard working immigrants not criminals.
I have many friends that came to this country legally and have waited many months or even years for paper work to be processed and dealt with confusing and even contradictory rules and policies. The illegal alien supporters argue that this is why people come here illegally yet they have blocked every attempt to change immigration laws. The hypocrisy of the Democrats on this issue is amazing.

Do you really believe the rhetoric that paints illegal aliens as hard working valedictorians looking for a better life in spite of the facts? Amnesty will only lower wages and attract more illegals as it has in the past. The true solution is to fix the immigration system so that honest immigrants do not have to wait years and spend thousands of dollars on lawyers and crack down on those who come here illegally along with those that employ and/or harbor them.

Would you leave your door open when you are aware that there are possible intruders around? the time for these rhetoric on the illegal workforce is stale and unhelpful at this point and getting rid of them will take a toll on the economy and an almost impossible task unless you apply the the Mitt Romney approach and the chance for that happening is almost zero the question is where you go from here with this issue?
