That is the elephant in the room. Nobody is coming. They have not been coming for years. There is no better time then now to reform the immigration laws.

Interesting. So I guess you are in favor of the kids entering now being placed into in a legal process that can take five years or more to complete.

That's where we differ. I think the law should be changed to prevent this from happening in the future, but you are quite clear that the law is perfect as it is and no changes are necessary.

OK. Now you have to live with the consequences.

Please watch and share "Law ALLOWS Immediate Deportation of Immigrant Children," a video commentary by radio host Dick Morris.

Background:

The Obama Administration has received warnings about the border surge for years but chose not to respond aggressively because doing so would threaten the massive legalization and immigration expansion they were hoping to pass. Now that the surge is overwhelming the border, the Administration claims a 2008 anti-trafficking law (not Obama's lax enforcement policies or executive amnesties) are responsible for the surge.

Jessica Vaughan (who earlier exposed Obama's deceptive deportation accounting) and Jon Feere demonstrate that the Administration's claim doesn't hold water.

In his video, Dick Morris summarizes the findings of Vaughan and Feere.

The President doesn't need $3.7 billion dollars or new legislation to reverse the surge. He has the tools to do so right now.

That's 3 minutes of my life I will never have back. How that guy could keep a straight face while saying there was no trafficking involved is shameful.

Remember that the last time we heard from Dick Morris was when he was predicting Romney would win in a landslide. There is a reason why he is not on TV anymore and it does not involve sucking the toes of prostitutes.

Not agreeing with one of you or the other. I can just tell you I talked to a border agent in El Paso, that works out of Demming. Real great guy. He is a Mexican American that is 100% American in all aspects.I talked to hem for a bout 2 hours about nothing but the Border Patrol and the illegal situation. He told me that illegal immigration is being hidden and under reported by the Obama administration. He also told me they have been rendered rather ineffective with the Presidents policies, and that the American public is not getting what their tax dollars are paying for. He said that they have more then enough to guard and take care of the border. But they just send the people back with a slap on the hand, and they just keep coming back. He said there is no teeth in their work as they are handcuffed from doing their job. Take it how you will. This is exactly how I was hearing from him. I really could not see a reason in it for him to lie. He was getting paid a lot for doing less.

A couple of things here dipshit.

You do not have to believe me. Read the article. The numbers could not be any clearer.

And you have some set of balls talking to me about slavery. You have probably never seen a slave in your life. You sit there jerking off in Utah and complaining on-line about the undocumented people your family employs. Meanwhile I have devoted the past 12 years of my life to fighting human trafficking and slavery. Spending an average of three months a year away from home traveling to hellholes around the world and pouring more of my own money into it than many people make in a year.

It's hilarious that with all of the tough talking clowns on these boards I seem to be the only one who had ever done anything to keep people out of the country. Go back to spewing nonsense on the internet. It is probably all you are capable of doing anyway.

I feel sorry for your dude... you're dellusional. I have cops in my family that have seem the result's of human trafficking, and if you are fully aware of this problem, you certainly wouldn't be defending this culture... I know you must have some mental disability regarding this topic, but believe me, if indeed you had truthful information about it, you would quit defending these people.... check out Raxx, Salt Lake , human trafficking and pediphilia suspect, my niece worked the case. I do know about this population, and it's disturbing to me, you defend them verociously. I wouldn't waste one minute trying to change the mindset of someone who put's Americans down the way you do...and expect agreement and respect... come on...get real.

You have your right to your opinion for sure. No matter what anyone thinks. I think if they had enforced these laws and the labor laws the USA would not be in this mess. Obviously the legal immigration laws work, as the USA accepts more immigrants and makes them citizens then anyone in the world. Many of these people would not meet the requirements to become citizens legally.

Even here in Mexico, just to have a retirement Visa, which is where I started a few years back. They wanted me to show an income of at least one thousand just to give it to me.

I had one of my best friends over to my house the other day. His name just happens to be Memo. I was reading your post below. You sound like a very giving and decent human.

They said the same BS for every amnesty since 1965 and it was never true. Enforcement never happens. Don't they say that the meaning of insanity is to try the same thing over and over and expect different results? This immigration reform IS insanity.

The U.S. accepts more legal immigrants than all countries combined. More legal immigrants come from Mexico each year then were ever accepted from all other countries combined in any 2 years. This is by far exceeded by illegal immigration. In the past there were limits as to how many immigrants could come from any single country. Mexico and Latin America have been shown unfair favoritism for 3 generations now. A moratorium on immigration is needed so we can find out how many millions of illegals are even here. Stop the social benefits for illegals that will flush them out.

The U.S. is the third most populated country in the world. The U.S. accepts more legal immigrants than all other countries combined. This is dwarfed by illegal immigration. Never in history has there been such a massive wave of human migration as that which is occurring from Latin America to the U.S. presently. All these comments have been true for over a generation now. We had an immigration moratorium in 1924 when immigration was far less and immigration standards were far tougher. Until the issues surrounding immigration are resolved all immigration should be ceased. Unless some don't really want fairness and equality they claim to strive for.

They are not coming? But the cost to support them keeps growing. Illegal aliens have filed for a record 4.2 billion dollars in child tax credit.
