That's why it is stuck in the Senate. The American people do not want amnesty for criminals. Obviously there are fewer criminal supporters in the Senate than in the House.

People with minor traffic ofenses are not criminals. Besides, a big majority of us, American Citizens, support a path to legalization for unauthorized immigrants. Every single poll prove it.

Not sure what traffic ofenses are or what they have to do with illegal immigraton. I am talking about illegal aliens which has nothing to do with traffic unless you are referring to trafficking in humans. If you think trafficking in humans is minor then you must be a very sick individual. Very few Americans support amnesty for illegal aliens. In fact I have never seen one poll that indicates that even a large percentage of Americans support immigration amnesty. I have seen polls that show Americans want a solution to the illegal immigration problem but not one that shows support for amnesty.

MORE rhetoric from crazy illegals.

the FACT that no amnesty has been passed in congress for over 15 years tells you that we the people do not want another amnesty.

You poor silly naive nelly. It's stuck in the Senate for one reason and it has nothing to do with what Americans want or not want. John Bohner is refusing a vote until after the mid-term elections. He is terrified that if the vote were held, a lot of centrist Republicans would vote for it thus jeopardizing the GOPs bid for the Senate and even the 2016 presidential election.

I used to think Mexico threw its garbage over the fence into the US's yard. Now,I think they walked their dog on our lawn and didn't pick up after it. Big difference!

You know darn well. Both traffic tickets and unlawful presence in the US are civil offenses. Same legal classification.

thats the only educated decision our president has made, We cant even supply the people here jobs and security why add more. If you wanna be a citizen follow the process and stop taking from us working people. when you come here get a job, have your son sign up for the draft like my son has too at 18, earn your social security like i have too, no welfare or free college earn your way and obey our laws. our jails are full enough. think about all the jobless homeless veterans we have here people in the line of fire for our freedom when we can take care of them then think about immigration

As I said it is being held up because Americans oppose amnesty and the Senate knows if they pass amnesty they will be voted out because Americans oppose amnesty for criminals.
That is how the system works. Vote against Americans and they will not vote for you.
