Seemed to me that when I was in the military, all races and ethnicities had the same rights as I did. My best friend was from PR. How integrated is the community you live in now?
Plus, we're talking about illegal aliens dumbazz. We want them and their anchors gone.
Yes, if you're white you've benefited from generations of privileged treatment.

Were your great-great grandparents slaves? Were your great-grandparents banned from owning land because of their ethnicity? Were your grandparents banned from getting a college education because of the color of their skin? Were your parents forced into poor segregated schools and neighborhoods?

All white people have benefited in some manner from generations of institutionalized discrimintation in this country. It gives us all an immediate advantage just being born into a white family.

You can wish all you want, but the "illegals" aren't going anywhere.

Which is why I 100% support completely sealing our borders by whatever means necessary, to prevent another 10-20-30 million people from entering illegally.

That said, the current ones have to be dealt with, and they're not going home.

Oh I know it's happening by private companies as well as the govt, but right not there are still ways to prevent people from getting most of your information if you're careful.

Once we go to a mandatory high tech ID there will be no way to avoid it.

I'm not saying it HAS to be a bad thing, but considering our government's history of abuse it will require constant vigilance on the part of the citizenry.

The overwhelming majority of illegals came here to build a better life for themselves and their families, the same as any immigrant.
Why did't the English & Irish & Poles & Germans & Norwegians & Italians & Swedes etc etc etc stay home and fix THEIR countries instead of coming to America?
The ONLY difference is they came into the country illegally. Do you really think many of those previous immigrants wouldn't have done the same thing had their country shared a 2000 mile open border with the US?
Ahh yes.
The failed "better life" scenario.
The " English & Irish & Poles & Germans & Norwegians & Italians & Swedes etc etc etc" ALL had to come here legally, following our immigration laws.

Bank robbers, thieves, con men, pickpockets, muggers, drug dealers, etc, all want a "better life" for themselves and their families too, but by breaking the law just like like these criminal illegals, does not justify the means. Just because you 'want' something, does not mean you are entitled to it or STEAL it.

These illegals don't have the simple common sense to STOP having kids they CANT SUPPORT, and expect a handout from our struggling American families.

Why do you cheerlead for illegal alien criminals?
Why do you hate America??

The govt has always collected data on people with & without our knowledge. Obviously skipped a lot of history classes- the McCarthy hearings, Hoover's FBI, the Mississippi Sovereignty Commission, Bush's "partiot act" colluding with the phone companies, etc, etc.

Immigration laws are "Administrative" laws. Violations of administrative laws is not a criminal act. If you don't like it then you must support immigration reform.

Wrong.

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:

Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or
Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;

has committed a federal crime.

Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.

Not to mention the many crimes illegals commit here, ID theft, document fraud, etc etc etc.

Undocumented grey box troll crying about something that doesn't effect him at all. The fact of the matter is that when you charge someone with a crime, you must prove guilt beyond any reasonable doubt.

To prove someone entered the country illegally is hard to prove. Someone may have entered on a visa and then is simply expired. That person isn't violating criminal law. It's an administrative thing.

A person who was brought here as a minor cannot be charged with a crime of illegal entry because one of the prerequisites of a criminal charge is that the accused must have the capacity of knowing they were committing the crime.

Very few immigrants are charged criminally for immigration violations. Most are sent before an administrative court. Most of the immigrants who are sent before a criminal court have the charges dropped because the government cannot prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

It's probably best that you are just a loud mouth tea bag and not anyone in the criminal justice field.

Sounds like you've been reading the "project for a white america's guide to cherrypicked facts in order to manipulate debates"!

Illegals are breaking a law, good way to state the obvious. That law is a civil infraction that carries a fine of $50 to $250 [first time offense], the legal equivalent of jaw walking or public littering.

8 U.S.C.§ 1325 : US Code - Section 1325: Improper entry by alien

So why are you frothing at the mouth about it like a rabid hyena?

You justify the illegality of this act by the fact that the law interprets it as illegal, yet you seem to ignore the fact that the penalty is also extremely mild and that the "law" you rely on to pontificate also regards this crime as insignificant. Insignificant enough for the fine to be less than a speeding ticket in some places, so miniscule that people have to be caught doing it several times for it to be prosecuted beyond a littering ticket.

Illegals caught are rarely deported, look at the statistics and most illegals caught are let go and only deported after committing another crime or sneaking in several times.

Moreover, you act as if the immigration law is written in stone, which the history of immigration in this country has proven it is not. Reagan gave amnesty to millions of illegals in the 1980s, just like our govt did for the dozens of millions of illegals who came here from Europe before 1912, both prime examples of how maleable our immigration laws are.

How about all these changes in immigration code since 1986?

1. Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA), 1986: A blanket amnesty for some 2.7 million illegal aliens

2. Section 245(i) Amnesty, 1994: A temporary rolling amnesty for 578,000 illegal aliens

3. Section 245(i) Extension Amnesty, 1997: An extension of the rolling amnesty created in 1994

4. Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) Amnesty, 1997: An amnesty for close to one million illegal aliens from Central America

5. Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act Amnesty (HRIFA), 1998: An amnesty for 125,000 illegal aliens from Haiti

6. Late Amnesty, 2000: An amnesty for some illegal aliens who claim they should have been amnestied under the 1986 IRCA amnesty, an estimated 400,000 illegal aliens

7. LIFE Act Amnesty, 2000: A reinstatement of the rolling Section 245(i) amnesty, an estimated 900,000 illegal aliens

8. 100,000 to 200,000 illegal Haitian nationals receive a 18 months of protected status.

9. 80,000 immigrants –- mostly from Islamic countries –- to resettle in the United States during fiscal year 2011

10. 1,000,000 illegal aliens under the age of 30 currently received a two year moratorium on deportation pending further notice.

How about the chinese exclusion act, and its eradication in the 1960s, or the changing of quota laws for immigration? These are all major changes in our immigration code and process that illustrate how the law is anything but written in stone.

You do know it was also illegal for blacks and whites to marry, asians to own property and native americans to practice their religion; and these laws were found to be incorrect and changed eventually.

My point is not that illegals should be given a free pass to come here, but that your point about illegal immigration being so wrong because the law states it as only a civil infraction is extremely incorrect.

You're a TRAITOR to America that pretends that our democratic process should not apply to those who redress and grieve the government for a modification in todays immigration code.

You're a TRAITOR to the very fundamental values of our democracy that laws can change, have historically changed, and will continue to change due to the complexity and political demands of "MY" Nations needs.
