we have had the laws in place since the beginning to allow our law enforcement to check anybody within 100 miles of the border without warrants.

when you think about it, this law exists in most if not all countries in the world.

for the idiots on capitol hill to allow this racial profiling bullshit to circumvent these laws is outrageous.

in essense, they want to allow the illicit drugs to come over without anybody obstructing the drug dealers.

if that were true, then, why don't they make it legal then? yes, it is legal in some places. but "some" places is not majority.

the reality is - illicit drugs make you brain dead. anybody who has experienced it first hand knows this.

like who smokes something that gets you the death penalty in countries that are serious about this?

answer: people who are brain dead. and there are a lot of them.

I cold care less about drugs entering the country since drugs present no danger to honest Americans. Illegal aliens on the other hand present a danger to honest Americans. By the way the 100 mile law applies only to the BP not law enforcement in general.

Actually drug users who need to support their habits do endanger honest Americans when they steal and/or drive under the influence.

like I said, illicit drugs make you brain dead. understand?

have you ever heard of the saying.. quote, "learn from other people's mistakes."?

well, this is what we should do. study the history of what happened to china during the opium wars. how these "foreign" powers conspired to take over china by pushing all this opium into the country knowing full well that it would incapacitate the entire population from fighting back against any invaders.

learn from mistakes made by others in history.

have you ever wondered why china and many other countries in asia push for the death penalty in issues regarding illicit drugs?..now you know.

on being brain dead.. what person goes to a country that kills drugs users that uses illicit drugs in their country?

on the lonely planet thorntree forum, I have personally seen drugs users openly ask (on a public forum no less) others on where to buy illicit drugs in places that kill you for using them.

what kind of people are these? the answer.. brain dead.

you can tell who are drug users by the way they talk and act. for example.. remember nancy pelosi saying that you sign the bill first before reading it? how about the entire congress approving money for a conflict in a foreign country when we are broke? the same goes for obamacare. here we are broke, and the guy wants to start something that will make us more broke? the EU is going broke because of these same policies and we are not learning from that????

brain dead.

illicit drugs are not good for the country.

most law enforcement folks along the border are given the right to do search and seizure.

it only makes sense.

if you think about it, all law enforcement folks have the right to search you without warrant if they have reasonable cause to believe you are committing a crime.

how do you think the police can ask you to get out of your car or ask you to open the trunk of your car when they think something is amiss?

2/3 of the population in the usa is within the 100 mile constitution free zone.
