Shit man, he could just sneak in through the fence and declare himself as an American. In that the way the Latinos of the southern nationalities do.

there are so many facts left out of this story, it's pitiful.

for example, is HIS wife LEGAL? is she a citizen of the usa?

bottomline, if he does not have any evidence other than heresay, he shouldn't be allowed citizenship. PERIOD.

if he has been deported 3 times, the next time is a felony. put the guy in prison, and lock him up forever.

“Yeah, but...”

If his mother was an American and his father wasn't, he could be President!

This is a case of an American citizen that has been deported many times but didn't give up. Like I've said before our Immigration Laws are messed up and we need to have reform.
By the way this concerns the husband Not the Wife and it has nothing to do with her status. She wasn't the one being deported.
He had a Mexican birth certificate that showed his Mexican mothers name and his American fathers name. As the child of an American he should have been given citizenship.

if his wife is a citizen of the usa, this whole issue would not be debated. that is why I wanted to know her status. get it?

are you that brain dead?

..another thing, genius.

I wouldn't honor a "mexican" birth certificate even if it had obama's name on it. know what I mean?

that's all we need. the start of another scam where people from other countries are showing their "birth" certificates and claiming they are legitimate.

yeah. I can just see it now...MILLIONS coming over and demanding they get usa citizenship because of fake birth certificates.

..after a little thought, it's obvious to me that the wife is illegal. probably has some kids..you say SIX????? how is she supporting them on her low salary?

yeah. welfare right?

if it were me, I would get an amendment done to eliminate anchor babies NOW, and then, deport these bums.

parasites.

Screw them. Let them stay in their own country. We have too many beggars and thieves as it is.
