The United States asked Mexico to crack down on the drug cartels and they did. Now Mexico is paying for doing so by losing thousands and thousands of lives.
It is our duty to take those that are being so badly effected by this war on drugs and give them asylum at least until the Mexican Government has the drug cartels under control.

Illegal, but Not Undocumented: Identity Theft, Document Fraud, and Illegal Employment

a.. Illegal immigrants are not "undocumented." They have fraudulent
documents such as counterfeit Social Security cards, forged drivers
licenses, fake "green cards," and phony birth certificates. Experts suggest that approximately 75 percent of working-age illegal aliens use fraudulent Social Security cards to obtain employment.

a.. Most (98 percent) Social Security number (SSN) thieves use their own names with stolen numbers. The federal E-Verify program, now mandated in only 14 states, can detect this fraud. Universal, mandatory use of E-Verify would curb this and stop virtually 100 percent of child identity theft.

a.. Illegal immigration and high levels of identity theft go hand-in-hand.
a..
a.. States with the most illegal immigration also have high levels of
job-related identity theft. In Arizona, 33 percent or all identity theft is
job-related (as opposed to identity theft motivated simply by profit).
a..
a.. In Texas it is 27 percent; in New Mexico, 23 percent; in Colorado, 22 percent; California, 20 percent; and in Nevada, 16 percent.

What 7 Billion People Means for Immigration
October 31, 2011 By Ashley Hall

Today, the birth of a baby jolts world population to a record breaking 7 billion people. Yet this comes as no surprise given global population
trends. We, as a world, are reproducing at alarming rates. To put it in perspective: we reached 1
billion people around the turn of the 19th
century; conquered our next billion 220 years later during the roaring 1920s; 3 billion appeared only 40 years later in the 1960s; we then doubled
in size to 6 billion people on October 12, 1999; just twelve short years later, we have grown by yet another billion.

Where does the United States fit into this expanding puzzle? And what does this have to do with immigration? Historically, when a place becomes overcrowded and opportunities dwindled, people relocate. However, as we inhabit and develop the world, immigration can no longer solve our
overpopulation problems. While the numbers of people are growing, the Earth and her resources are not.

The United States, with all her space, has provided ample opportunities for people to immigrate in search of new opportunities. However, we have a
capacity and we are fast approaching it if we are not already there. The U.S. government allows more than a million people to come here legally every
year, a far more generous number than any other country, not to mention incomparably larger than our emigration figures. Though global population is
increasing, we can no longer be that outlet for other countries' population woes. We have a national responsibility to protect the land we have
inherited.

1965 Immigration act, Quote:

Among those who more accurately foresaw the future effects of the change in immigration law was a certain Myra C. Hacker, Vice President of the New Jersey Coalition, who testified at a Senate immigration subcommittee hearing:

"In light of our 5 percent unemployment rate, our worries over the so called population explosion, and our menacingly mounting welfare costs, are we prepared to embrace so great a horde of the world's unfortunates? At the very least, the hidden mathematics of the bill should be made clear to the public so that they may tell their Congressmen how they feel about providing jobs, schools, homes, security against want, citizen education, and a brotherly welcome ... for an indeterminately enormous number of aliens from underprivileged lands."

"We should remember that people accustomed to such marginal existence in their own land will tend to live fully here, to hoard our bounteous minimum wages and our humanitarian welfare handouts ... lower our wage and living standards, disrupt our cultural patterns ..."

"Whatever may be our benevolent intent toward many people,[the bill] fails to give due consideration to the economic needs, the cultural traditions, and the public sentiment of the citizens of the United States." (U.S. Senate, Subcommittee on Immigration and Naturalization of the Committee on the Judiciary, Washington, D.C., Feb. 10, 1965. pp. 681-687.)

Hart-Celler Act hearings 1965 Quote: Senate immigration subcommittee chairman Edward Kennedy (D-MA.) reassured his colleagues and the nation with the following:

"First, our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same ... Secondly, the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset ... Contrary to the charges in some quarters,[the bill] will not inundate America with immigrants from any one country or area, or the most populated and deprived nations of Africa and Asia ... In the final analysis, the ethnic pattern of immigration under the proposed measure is not expected to change as sharply as the critics seem to think."

Sen. Kennedy concluded by saying,

"The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs." (U.S. Senate, Subcommittee on Immigration and Naturalization of the Committee on the Judiciary, Washington, D.C., Feb. 10, 1965. pp. 1-3.)

The amnesty of 1986 was supposed to be a "one time only" amnesty. Yet since
1986, Congress passed a total of 7 amnesties for illegal aliens:

1.. The Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA) Amnesty of 1986 - the
"one-time only" blanket amnesty for some 2.8 million illegal aliens.

2.. Section 245(i) The Amnesty of 1994 - a temporary rolling amnesty for
578,000 illegal aliens.

3.. Section 245(i) The Extension Amnesty of 1997 - an extension of the
rolling amnesty created in 1994.

4.. The Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA)
Amnesty of 1997 - an amnesty for nearly one million illegal aliens from
Central America.

5.. The Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act Amnesty (HRIFA) of 1998 -
an amnesty for 125,000 illegal aliens from Haiti.

6.. The Late Amnesty of 2000 - an amnesty for approximately 400,000
illegal aliens who claimed they should have been amnestied under the 1986
IRCA amnesty.

7.. The LIFE Act Amnesty of 2000 - a reinstatement of the rolling Section
245(i) amnesty to an estimated 900,000 illegal aliens.
An amnesty is a reward to those breaking the law. Issuing an amnesty to
illegal aliens only encourages more illegal immigration into the United
States. After the 1986 amnesty, illegal immigration increased significantly.
Census Bureau 2000 data indicate that 700,000 to 800,000 illegal aliens
settle in the U.S. each year, with approximately 8-11 million illegal aliens
now currently living in the United States (up to 12 million, according to
Department of Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge).

Yet an amnesty benefits neither our society nor those being amnestied. An Immigration and Naturalization Service study found that after living in the United States for 10 years, the average amnestied illegal alien had only a
seventh grade education and earned less than $9,000 a year. Amnestied illegal aliens have no sponsor to support them financially. Instead, by enacting an amnesty, Congress places a staggering financial burden on American taxpayers to support those amnestied.

According to a study by the Center for Immigration Studies, the total net cost of the 1986 IRCA amnesty (direct and indirect costs of services and
benefits to the former illegal aliens, less their tax contributions) amounted to over $78 billion in the ten years following the amnesty.

Will it ever end?

60,000 Haitians apply for temporary stay in US, chance to work; deportations set to resume

MIAMI - Haitian advocates angrily called on the Obama administration on Monday to stop detaining Haitians with criminal records and halt
deportations scheduled next month, saying those flights amount to a death sentence amid a cholera outbreak in the earthquake-ravaged country.

The U.S. government's abrupt decision to resume deporting Haitians also will deter others without criminal records from applying to temporarily stay and work in the U.S., cutting off a lifeline to quake survivors, they said at a rally in Miami's Little Haiti.

"Without letting us know they'll resume deportations to Haiti, at a time when Haiti is living under its gravest crisis, it's so unfair," said Marleine Bastien, executive director of Haitian Women of Miami. "It's supposed to be a progressive government. We're gravely disappointed by this."

More than 61,000 Haitians have applied for temporary protected status, which
allows illegal immigrants from countries experiencing armed conflict or
environmental disasters to stay and work in the U.S. for 18 months. Only those who were already living in the U.S. illegally when the earthquake
struck Jan. 12 are eligible.

Family Chain Migration to Flood U.S.

In the News - Monday, December 17, 2012

The U.S. Census forecasts the population of the U.S. will grow by more than 100 million by the year 2060, and analysts say much of that growth will be from “family chain migration,” which is family members following after one member when he or she makes the move.

Ira Mehlman, the media director for Federations of Americans for Immigration Reform, told WND that the numbers are dire.

“There is no need for that magnitude of population growth in the United States today.… We are already dealing with [significant] issues on limited resources,” he said.“We are going through a post-industrial era here in the United States, the nature of what it takes to succeed … is vastly different than it was a century ago.”

President Obama’s largest contributor in his first presidential campaign was Goldman Sachs. Yes. He still yearns to be a member of their social class, so he serves the Goldman class rather than the American middle class.

Immigration is destroying the American middle class.

Labor, like any economic resource, obeys the law of supply and demand. If you dump labor into a market, it drives down the wage-rate.

The plain fact is that immigration into any modern country has two serious, lethal effects on the native-born citizens:

1. Immigration sharply drives down wage rates.

2. Immigration sharply drives up housing costs (rent rates).

Thus employers and landlords benefit from immigration.
Thus common workers are greatly harmed by immigration.

Immigration over the past 12 years caused more destruction of the American middle class than any other factor.

All other nations in the world, COMBINED, do not allow the levels of immigration that America is experiencing. It is the largest movement of human beings in the history of the world.

America’s leaders are criminals for allowing it to happen. And that includes the current senators and President. They are both owned by the wealthy class and multinational corporations.

The real question is, Why does American even have a military when we allow foreign nations to invade us by immigration?

America is being invaded by not just Mexico, but all the highly populated nations on Earth. They are invading not just across the desert border with Mexico, but also right into the airports of all major American cities.

Largest Countries ranked by population:

1. China 1.3 billion people
2. India 1.2 billion
3. United States 315 million (US rapid overcrowding is due to immigration)
4. Indonesia 237 million
5. Brazil 193 million
6. Pakistan 182 million
7. Nigeria 166 million
8. Bangladesh 152 million
9. Russia 143 million
10.Japan 127 million
11.Mexico 112 million
12.Phillipines 92 million
