Yesterday Holder, under oath, said 57 times, "I don't know." President Obama says he didn't know about the IRS spying on reporters, etc. Are they lying, or are they so incompetent they really do not know what is going on around them?

WITHOLDER: Attorney General 'seems proud of how little he knows'...Obama and Holder are the two most ignorant people in government today. They have no clue what they are doing or what is going on.

Second appeals court invalidates Obama's NLRB recess appointments

By TAL KOPAN |

A second appeals court has joined the D.C. Circuit in ruling that President Barack Obama’s recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board were unconstitutional, concluding that some board actions taken in the wake of those appointments were also invalid.
The issue has far-reaching implications for both the NLRB and other boards, including Obama’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which has been a frequent target of conservatives and whose director was a recess appointment.
The 2-1 decision Thursday from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (posted here) found that the presidential recess appointment power is limited to breaks between sessions of Congress, not breaks within sessions or other adjournments during which the Senate might meet in pro forma sessions. The reasoning mirrors that in a ruling of the D.C. Circuit Court in January.

High crimes are whatever the House of Representatives decides they are. If the Republicans take back the Senate they will look at His record, and decide. One congressman, after seeing the Press Conference yesterday said Impeachment is not off the table. You people always complain about President Bush, but if he was all you claim he was, why didn't the Democrats impeach him? Because they didn't have grounds to Impeach.

How is it that this administration finds out about important incidents about the same time that the public does? The inepetitude of this administration can be likened to the freaking Three Stooges. How many times have we heard "I don't know", from these people? It's their job to be in the know, and between you and me, their incessant prevarications are starting to wear on even their stanchest supporters. We need an clean up crew in the WH.
