try the 17 yr old as an adult and give him life, as both brothers MEANT BUSINESS and attempted murder was in their minds....which obviously the norm in their daily lives. Charge the father too for possession of drugs, etc. Worthless father bringing up two worthless SONS more than likely ANCHOR KIDS. THEY WANT TO CONTINUE THEIR NASTIES in this country, having left their corrupt, ruined, fallen country behind INSTEAD OF FIGHTING FOR THE RIGHT TO KEEP THEIR COUNTRY AND TAKE IT BACK FROM CARTEL DOMINANCE. LIFE SENTENCE FOR ALL OR 50 YEARS AND THEN DEPORTATION. We have enough undesirables and our own troublemaker citizen & legals to worry about.

Look, the kid grabbed the gun and knew exactly what he was doing. Why try to divert some of the blame on the federal agent? Our system has gotten soft, and tries to coddle criminals rather than put fear in their hearts so they will avoid doing things like this. Try him as an adult.
