So voting rules are reverted back to the states. They already got the citizenship proof knocked out so what more do they want.

The court can only fork the constitution but so much before they must 'balance' out their decisions. I'm pretty sure deals were made amongst the court, politicians and/or clerks and aides for many of these decisions.

What difference does it make whether you can vote or not, when Diebold, ES&S and Sequoia get to decide who you voted for regardless of who you actually voted for. Unless the software becomes open source so we can see when they "fix" the elections, we don't have fair, open and honest elections. All elections become suspect when they control the results of elections and the public has no say.

Need a paper trail of somekind similar to register tape in a store cash register. The number of voters and votes definately need to be tracked as more frequently auditing of the voter roles looking for deceased, moved or inelidgable voters.

The voter needs a number assigned such as the 10th person to vote. If that voter is deemed inelidgable or fraudulent you void/delete vote number 10. The voting machine officials just need to know the vote number being voided and not the voter.

Maybe that's because Dems make so many sh!t sandwiches?

It's not just the sandwiches, though
The Democratic Party is chock full of "it" and has been trying to feed their tripe to the masses, more or less successfully. And we wonder, now, why our society is so sick?

Dems like to claim that voting is a "right" for anyone who presents themselves at the polls, or sends in a mail-in ballot (unless they are on overseas Military duty)

Dems like to claim that generational dependency is "charitable"

Dems like to claim that racism via affirmative action quotas is somehow anti-racist

Dems like to claim that giving government more power over the lives of individuals, thus reducing individual Liberties, is somehow liberating

Dems like to claim that rescinding true, Constitutional Rights enhances freedom

And then Dems wonder why others see Dems for what they are?

It was broader and included more progressive groups
than we were first told. Everyone was led to believe that
was just tea party groups that were being "targeted"
(at least they were the ones screaming the loudest),
but now we know that there was nothing special about
tea party groups. It was simply the IRS doing its job,
that is, asking these groups applying for tax exempt status
to justify it. Dirty pool!

Like when we file our taxes at the end of the year and
have big deductions for charity. The IRS expects people
to justify those exemptions.

Attorney General Eric Holder also weighed in, calling the decision "a serious setback for voting rights."
What was that, Mr. AG. This is a serious setback for "my people"? Which people do you represent, Mr. AG?

There was never an issue with targeting conservative groups. Issa chose to not report all of the finding from the witnesses that testified and omitted that all groups applying for tax exempt status was investigated thoroughly to ensure they all were not conducting political activities as the legislation forbids.

This was another of the Republican schemes to delay and deny attention to pressing issues in hope the national economy cripples.

Every scandal has been a myth designed to delay congress from acting on pressing issues.

Holder knows well that the liberal Democrats will fail in the coming elections without the mysterious illegal voters that do not have IDs and vote despite their illegibility using the liberal community organizing ‘tricks’ that gave them victory in 2008 and 2012 elections. Every American knows by now and Obama already admitted in his Mexico visit that he could not be re-elected in 2012 without the votes of the Mexican illegal invaders that also received food stamps from Obama in return for their vote. Obviously, Obama used the Voter Rights to use the illegal votes of foreign illegal invaders whom he recruited to become loyal Democrats for lifetime in return for free food stamps, free Obama phone and free Obama care. Thanks the Lord for the Supreme Court that now allows states such as Texas, South Carolina and Alabama to demand ID and proof of eligibility to vote from every voter thus defeating the liberal Democrats bold 'Chutzpah' to use the illegal invaders who cross the border or over-stay their visas to vote for them in return of giving them free freebees paid by the American conservatives that pay about 90% of the taxes in this country. Enough is enough with fraudulent Obama regime who pushed the immigration bill forward with false promises only to get the votes of 80% the illegal invaders that will get immediate Amnesty as liberal Democrat voters with no ID is needed to vote thus destroying the GOP and remove GOP from the House Speaker.

There is dignity in the act of voting. It makes people
feel like they are truly part of the country. This
KKK ruling by the Supremes will take away that dignity
and turn millions of Americans into second class citizens.
I can see massive demonstrations because of this.
It will be the 1960s all over again. And there will be blood.

why ? because they need the same ID at a polling place that they use at the liquor store or bank cashing a check ? The KKK is a democrat founded organization and I think 5 of the 9 supremes are dems but doubt they carry KKK cards.

Will Holder guard it like the way he handled the two Black Panther Thugs standing outside a polling place with clubs???

Looks to me like The Obama admin is upset because the got their ball taken away and the game is over.

Funny on how they are quick with statements and press conferences on this ....yet we still wait for real answers on Bengahzi and the other Obama nonsense that the bought and paid for media refuses to look at.

Good post. I don't think you could find a worse example of voter intimidation anywhere including Russia and Red China. Holder only let them get away with it because it was beneficial to Democrats. Now there's an attorney general for you......NOT

Actually, he stated to a subordinate who resigned after, "that his Department of Justice would not prosecute minorities".
