Report: DHS Reducing Border Patrol Agents Along SW Border
Monday, September 28, 2009, 1:06 PM EDT
A number of media organizations are reporting that the Department of Homeland Security will move 384 Border Patrol agents from the Southwest border to the U.S.-Canada border. It would reduce the number of agents working along the more dangerous Mexican border where the number of illegal crossings are also higher.
The reduction in agents would occur after the
start of the new fiscal year, which begins on Thursday.
In the Arizona Daily Star, the Department of Homeland Security is denying the claim. The agency said that there are currently 17,415 agents along the Southern border and that number will remain the same after the start of the new fiscal year. But the agency did confirm that they are trying to increase the number of agents on the Northern border.
For more information, see the Arizona Daily Star and CNSNews.com .
There are faxes and phone notes on your Action Buffet to your Members of Congress and President Obama, asking them to strengthen our borders.

"Medicaid in our definition of social welfare, we would also have to consider any service that the government pays for to be “welfare”. For instance, public roadways to individuals’ homes would also be considered “welfare” under that expansive definition."
You can spin it any way you like but the fact it is, it IS welfare.

Wrong again. Same figures have been used to calculate deportations under bush as under Obama.

I'm the liar? I didn't write the articl I only posted it. You can't refute what the article said so you call ME a liar? You pro-illegals are so uncivil in your replies that it is pathetic. A sure sign of someone who gets proven wrong but sticks to his stories anyway. Truly pathetic indeed!

INS doesn't count any differently when a Republican or Democrat is POTUS.
Oh, but you're wrong. All statistics coming from every department get filtered through the administration on their way to the media. Both parties lie to the press to make themselves look better.

Follow the thread dear.
