Skippy, it matters simply because you can't BS your way out of your little lie. You claim this administration is "handcuffing" the border patrol agents yet deportations are up versus bush. How can that be?
And skippy, when you can PROVE:

I will be happy to address it. YOu do comprehend what PROVES means right? That means a bill, EO, or directive. Not a blog, opinion, or something..."you heard"
Lets see what you can come up with skippy
Again, my name isn't skippy and since you insist on calling me that anyway to be a smart a**. This will be my last reply to you as you apparently can't be civil. I gave you a couple different sources about Obama's skewered deportation numbers. So how is that a lie? I also provided you with proof that Obama has instructed Homeland Security not to deport any illegal unless they are felons or have at least three dismeanors on their record.

Here are some more links to facts that you will of course ignore.

Sorry, if you don't like the sources. Prove them wrong then. Bye.

No quotes? LOL!

"The statistics are actually a little deceptive," Obama said last month during a discussion with Hispanic journalists. There has been "a much greater emphasis on criminals than non-criminals." And "with stronger border enforcement, we've been apprehending folks at the borders and sending them back. That is counted as a deportation even though they may have only been held for a day or 48 hours."

Now how does this quote support your position, Shug?

"Our" position is: Obama deported more than Bush.

This is a fact.

The numbers for Obama are higher than bush...sometimes much higher.

Do you know the difference between higher and lower and more and less?

Typically, if one states that someone is “on welfare”, they mean that the person is receiving direct financial aid from the government. If we included Medicaid in our definition of social welfare, we would also have to consider any service that the government pays for to be “welfare”. For instance, public roadways to individuals’ homes would also be considered “welfare” under that expansive definition."

Report: DHS Reducing Border Patrol Agents Along SW Border
Monday, September 28, 2009, 1:06 PM EDT

A number of media organizations are reporting that the Department of Homeland Security will move 384 Border Patrol agents from the Southwest border to the U.S.-Canada border. It would reduce the number of agents working along the more dangerous Mexican border where the number of illegal crossings are also higher.

The reduction in agents would occur after the
start of the new fiscal year, which begins on Thursday.
In the Arizona Daily Star, the Department of Homeland Security is denying the claim. The agency said that there are currently 17,415 agents along the Southern border and that number will remain the same after the start of the new fiscal year. But the agency did confirm that they are trying to increase the number of agents on the Northern border.

For more information, see the Arizona Daily Star and CNSNews.com .

There are faxes and phone notes on your Action Buffet to your Members of Congress and President Obama, asking them to strengthen our borders.

Context, shug, and then you would go on to attribute something he said three years ago to something you said yesterday.

The numbers Obama was referring to were not to the immigrants being returned to Mexico by INS, but what the numbers meant.

That people being returned included people at the border crossing, not from packing plants in New Jersey or Kansas.

INS counted them the same way for Bush as they did for Obama.

Bush counted immigrants the same way- his numbers reflected those who were stopped at the border.

I'm not so stupid to pull something out of context from three years ago and try to apply it to a point I was making now.

You can't believe government numbers especially since everyone knows Democrats don't know how to count. They're no good after the shoes come off.

On Obama's inflated deportation numbers:

The administration is apparently padding their statistics by counting those illegal aliens who are prevented from successfully crossing the border in the first place. THIS IS A NEW METRIC BEING USED FOR THE FIRST TIME, and it does not accurately reflect the way the interior of our country is being protected.

INS doesn't count any differently when a Republican or Democrat is POTUS.
