Actually the poll you cite shows that only 1/3 of 1,976 registered voters that were polled wanted Obamacare defunded BEFORE it was actually launched and almost 1/3 of those 1.976 registered voters polled who do not want it defunded want congress to change the law. In fact the poll you cite shows 1/4 actually approved of the law as it stands BEFORE the attempt to implement it and Obama's lies were reveled. Polls since the launch of Obamacare and the cancelation of millions of health insurance policies have been much less favorable but I am sure you knew that or you would have cited a recent poll with a significant sample of voters.
In fact even when Obamacare was passed the majority of Americans were opposed to Obamacare and the number has grown significantly since the failed launch and mass cancelations.
That is typically how polls work skippy

The GOP are the lapdogs of corporate America. The American Chamber of Commerce, who represents most of corporate America, oppose any kind of control of illegal immigration, that would inhibit their supply of cheap labor.
If the chamber of commerce is pro amnesty and anti any kind of enforcement, wouldn't that make Democrats their lapdogs? I do realize there is a group of neocons in the party leadership who act like Democrats though. These neocons are lapdogs too.

They really need to make some new judge it classifications for you. Illogical, childish and incoherent come to mind. I'm tired of trying to explain things that you can't comprehend. It would be so much nicer if they would have the appropriate icon so I wouldn't have to address you all the time. You have singlehandedly lowered the bar to previously unheard of depths.

Republicans voted no because

And they dare not step out of line.

Funny how the country votes for something, and a majority is elected, and the minority insists they are wrong, the minority shuts down the government, the minority costs this country something like $25 billion dollars, and the minority insists it's because the majority doesn't see things their way.

And of course: it was really a minority WITHIN the minority, as it turns out... some 30 "Republicans".

Didn't say the Chamber was "pro-amnesty". What I did say was the Chamber opposes any kind of illegal immigration reform such as the Arizona SB-1070 or the mandatory use of E-verify. Furthermore, they contribute heavily, and by a large margin to the GOP. Thus, one plus one equals two. Get in now?

OK, forget the amnesty part. It would still seem that they would be more closely aligned with the Democratic parties positions.

Exactly. A select few are polled by a group looking for a particular response and idiots use that as a basis to form their opinions.

Funny how all the polls you don't agree with are skewed.

Like the one where Obama was elected by two million votes.

Au Dumbo insisted the polls were skewed and Romney would win 325 electoral votes.

Funny how that worked out.

See how clueless you are. I don't take stock in any poll, no matter what the end results are. They can be skewed. end of discussion. Only the brain-dead trust the end results of ANY FREAKING POLL. Funny how you like to chime in about things of which you know nothing...that is so predictable of you.

I look at the kind of losers like yourself who pretend to be good Americans and compare to people who are willing to risk their lives to get here and work and don't have a problem with it.

I think immigrants should replace people like you.

You haven't done a thing to deserve being called an American.

You are here because of an accident of birth.
So illegal aliens should be given amnesty because they broke our laws to get here?

They come here to work and break other laws to do so!

They also stole $4.3 Billion from the American tax payers!

What other laws do you tell your family its OK to ignore?
