It is aiding and abetting those here illegally. It is the act of brain-dead legislators.

It will be interesting to see how many loose their License to no insurance , no regis , not showing up for court , DUI conviction , Etc and then they will be driving again without one . Just a matter of time. I bank 99%. I hope they do a study.

Another misleading headline.
1. States o not "give" drivers licenses, they issue them to those that meet the required criteria.
2. ALL states issue driver's licenses to immigrants who qualify. California will now issues driver's licenses to illegal aliens.
As for suspending licenses, I am sure that illegal aliens in California will still get a pass on insurance, reckless driving DUI etc. just as they always have. Remember the law does not apply to illegal aliens in California.

Frankly, seeing how this administration seems to pick and choose the laws it will enforce, yes, I think it has.

Wow. why don't we provide each one of them with a car.. and have the state pickup the car payments and insurance on all of them as well.

I don't get why give them license , when they will be deported anyway??? But this will make it easy to find them. They must give a picture , description, and an address ,where they can be found. plus pay the state money for doing so . Now we know where they are .LOL!!!!!!!!They are not too bright .

it is looking like most US citizens are not too bright. we have allowed those in office to side with invaders above our own citizens, few of us try our best to stop things others just go with the flow, and it seems those who go with the flow is like a dead fish that is about the only thing i know of they goes with the flow, live ones go against it.

Viva mi raza? I see you have that same ethnocentric, racist tribal mentality that most Hispanics/Mexicans do. That is just one reason why we don't want you here. You put your ethnic group above everyone else and the laws of this country. I didn't use to hate your ethnic group but I am starting to see a reason why to now.

we have the laws we just do not have law abiding folks to enforce these laws.

we could clean house very quick if good honest folks in power would do their job forget excuses and never listen to a word of illegal aliens or any of the low lives who support them.

http://a4cgr.wordpress.com/2009/01/02/federal...

would in not be nice to see our laws enforced to the fullest without petty excuses?
